Clean & tidy. Staff were lovely, close to shops & were we had to go. Couldn't believe it had a full oven 👌

Located walking distance to beach and Mt Mauganui. Tidy room with all you need. A little dated but neat and clean and comfy. Was great stay for us.

Easy check-in and out which was great. An older style of motel that needs a bit of maintenance but very clean and had everything I needed, plus a comfy bed and an amazing pillow. Only downside was that the shower control was a bit jammed and I could only get a tepid setting - fine because it is summer just now. Easy walk to the beach and shops and great area

An ok stay. Clean . Didnt like looking into peoples homes. Will pick different place in future. Was convenient for new world across the road. 1st time checkin was done with a ring doorbell which gave it a non personal touch. Not the best way i think to welcome guests

Old Motel but clean room and very comfy bed. Couple of very good eating options around the corner.

Booked at last moment the room was spotless kitchen and bathroom clean as.plus bed comfortable

When i arrived at the property to check in at 2pm, the office was closed with signs saying call this number - which didn't pick up. I then had to press the video call button and wait to be told my room number and just go in the keys inside. My wife will be down in a few minutes with your Milk (which never arrived). It was very basic, the bathroom had no extractor and a shower that reminded me of a 1980's batch. Paint was peeling off around the window frames but the water was hot. The room itself was very modest yet comfortable for a one night stay. Ceiling fan didn't work and the "wardrobe" was tiny. I wouldn't stay again and would opt for a place that was maybe $20-30 more per night and get something much more modern.

facility is a bit dated. friendly service. i appreciated they call me before we arrive and check if we need a cot.
