I'm very pleased with my stay at APA Hotel. It was a great experience. The hotel is located near Ginza, so I just walked my way to go sightseeing in the surrounding area. Many food options near the hotel, and the food was tasty. The cake house near the hotel was fabulous; my wife almost went there every day.

Semua staff sangat sopan dan banyak membantu informasi yang kami butuhkan.

The room so small that we can't open our luggage properly, then there ' s so many APA hotel in that area so we getting a little bit trouble to find our booking.

I booked for 5days 4 night 3 rooms, request for non-smoking room but the hotel give us smoking rooms with reason “the hottel full booked”. Suggest: you should close or don't open room if there is no rooms for “non smoking room”. Dissapointed!

Booked non-smoking room and highlighted in the comments section in bold. Even mentioned it at check in, "please ensure the room is non-smoking" & the receptionist acknowledged it, then. After payment and given the key. I walked into a smoking room! I went down to change room. "Sorry, no more rooms available. Disappointed I had to sleep in filth smoke.

The location is close to Ginza ' s premium stores. The room is quite small. The Japanese breakfast is great.

Prosesnya tidak ribet,tinggal kasih liat zeriyu kado langsung di kasih kunci,dan cek out tinggal masukin key card nya di tmpat yang udah di sediain,pokoknya praktis,gak mahal pula.

The hotel is very neat, the room is spacey for Japanese standard, the cleanliness is top notch, and the time we took for checking in was very short. Also, don’t mistaken this hotel with Mystays Sapporo Station like we did xD it’s across the the Sapporo JR station and you can get off at Exit 9

Walau kecil tapi nyaman kok tapi koper gakusah gede-gede bawanya bos. Sans aja. Mantep lah kalau budget 👌👌👌

Pleasant place to stay near Ginza Street, Tokyo. The service was great, and it’s located near 4 subway stations!!

Kemana-mana dekat. Sangat dekat dengan stasiun. Kalau ukuran kamar memang kecil ya. Saya kira untuk 2 orang agak terlalu sempit. Enak agak maklum kalau untuk ini mungkin standar hotel di japan begitu tapi ukuran badan yang agak besar dan berdua. Kira kira anda 90 kg dan pasangan anda 60kg. Pastinya anda harus berpikir ulang heheheheh

This hotel staff was friendly, but not really can speak english. The lobby was very small. You can not ask them to help you bring your luggage to your room. Yes, you must bring it by yourself. There's no delivery luggage service from hotel to airport/other hotels. Mineral water just available for free in second day of your stay. The pillow was so thin. Thank you.
