ที่พักสะอาด อาหารอร่อย สงบเงียบ บรรยากาศสระน้ำตอนเย็นๆน่านั่งเล่นว่ายน้ำ พนักงานพูดจาเพราะสุภาพเรียบร้อย แนะนำนวดสปาดีมาก นวดไทย นวดออย มีจุดถ่ายรูปหลายๆจุด แต่เสียดายไม่มีไฟในช่วงกลางคืน ต้นข้าวเริ่มเฉา ..ขี้แมวจะมากหน่อย ส่งกลิ่นเหม็นเวลานั่งทานอาหารเช้าริมสระบัว ..อาจจะเพราะพิษโควิด เลยไม่มีพนักงานไปทำความสะอาดแต่โดยรวมค่อนข้างดี สำหรับคนรักสงบอยากพักผ่อนส่วนตัว

Everything is good except for the check-out time because when I book the room at Traveloka I have written down my check-out time at 13/12/2017 1700PM and it doesn't show any charges but when I check-out the management said I need to paid for late checkout,if there's any charge they should let us know when I make the booking

It was a good place to stay here. Location is near from centre of Patong, it was easy to go to Patong Beach, Bangla Market dan Bangla road if you want to buy some souvenirs.

I love Naina so much! I took tour to phiphi, the tour forgot about us in Naina and then the customer service helped us a lot to contact the tour and helped us to call taxi to catch up the group. We were so thankful. They're so friendly and helpful. The room was pretty and clean, cheap. The pool was so relaxing and then the bar? Or restaurant of Naina in front of the hotel was so cheap, natural, pretty and nice to stay. kind of near of Patong. Very recommended!!!
