Love it, the staff were friendly and good breakfast

O hotel fica em uma região ótima, calma, porém em 2 min andando já está na rua com bares e restaurantes, fica há 8 min andando de uma estação de metrô, e em frente ao um parque bem arborizado. Disponibiliza café da manhã to go , para os dias de passeios que saem bem cedo, ou aeroporto.

The staff was super-friendly & helpful. The location was very central to many sightseeing spots & good restaurants. The common areas were very impressive and security was taken seriously.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. If we come back to Santiago we would book here again.

Creo que esta sobre valorado, la habitacion muy pequeña da a la calle, la cortina no tapa todo y se escucha l ruido de las voces y autos al pasar

Great location but rooms are small with very small bathroom. Liked the breakfast. Expensive compared with other hotels which offer more at this price.

Very well located, with good breakfast food but small rooms, and few amenities. Nice to be next to a big park and close to restaurants. For the price, I would have preferred a bigger room with a bigger bathroom.

Ótima localização, quarto um pouco pequeno mas bem confortável. Único incômodo que tive é que a água do chuveiro alagava o banheiro. Café da manhã tb é muito bom !!

Hotel muito bem localizado, más a cama muito velha e não limpiaran o quarto! As artes nas paredes remetiendo a teoría WOKE( não gustamos)

Excelente personal. Excelente comida.

Très bien situé dans un quartier à la mode. Le déjeuner était copieux et le café très bon. La chambre est spacieuse avec une grande douche. Il y a ou beaucoup de bruit la première nuit du au party de la chambre voisine, la rue en arrière de l’hôtel est pas mal bruyante aussi.

Great hotel in a great location of Lastarria. Juan at the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Would stay again.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Too bad we were there only 1 night and didn't have time to try the free bottle of wine. Hotel is in the best location possible. Everything was within a short walk and the street with several restaurants was only a 2 minute walk away.

We really enjoyed this location. The hotel was beautiful, safe and had a great breakfast. The website indicated there was an airport shuttle. I made numerous attempts to contact the hotel by email, phone, text and WhatsApp and never got a response to anything. We arranged our own transportation. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time. The bathroom/shower had smoked glass walls which did not afford privacy. I was there with my adult daughter and we personally didn’t like this feature.
