房間空間舒適整潔，房內備品齊全浴室還有泡湯粉。早餐好吃，雖然沒有生魚片之類的，但當地物產雞肉，魚餅都有，咖啡果汁也不錯，很棒的體驗。

This is a hotel of great value. The room is big (by Japanese hotel standard). And if you are lucky enough, you will be allocated at a side that faces Sakurajima, the Kagoshima iconic volcano. Amazing view to wake up to. A solid hotel option.

地點位於市中心，鄰近購物及飲食十分方便，早餐豐富，唯獨於酒店泊車不太方便，泊車用電梯十分窄

整體來來說這是间不錯的酒店，乾淨，方便舒適，唯一不足之處是雪柜不夠凍，若買了雪糕回酒店吃，千萬不要放雪柜，要盡快吃完!

5 mins walk from tram station. Clean room with nice view to sakurayama. Good breakfast. Just had a bit difficulty to communicate with the front desk as only one of them can speak simple English.

Friendly staff. Close to the shopping area. Walking distance to the port. Need to take tram from the station to the hotel. There is a queue about 5-10 mins to get the seat of having breakfast. The breakfast is good with variety of food.

鄰近天文館商圈，附近很多吃的，離機場巴士站和電車也只需走10分鐘就能到達，飯店人員很好，下次到鹿兒島會再選擇入住！

離天文館通巴士站及路面電車站很近， 附近很多商店餐廳， 但也不少酒店、卡拉ok店，晚上會有招客的人， 房間乾淨，有行李架、加濕器、還有送兩瓶水很不錯！ 浴室有保養系列不錯用！ 提前到寄放行李，入住時還幫我們送到房間，很貼心！

服務很好，有行李寄存，即使是隔2天才回來，回來時給了同一間房間，行李已送到房間了

房間不錯，10/F女性專用樓層，房間精緻，就打開行李亦有不錯的空間，房間除一般梳洗用器或沒有洗面落妝及護膚用品，很細心
