Place was beautiful! Wi-Fi was also very good and staff were friendly. We'll come back again 😊.

Its like your in the prison cell, no windows. To the proce of 4,800, you can get a room with tagaytay view. Its like a cheap motel.

The resort is an old facility now. Everything is deteriorating. All furniture are old and cranky. The amenities were not good (dirty pool, jacuzzi and sauna is horrible - must book at least 2 hrs in advance otherwise not hot) If it's a real resort then everything should be ready and made comfortable for the guests. Staff just stand around and do pretty much nothing, not so helpful. For the price it's way too overrated. It may have been nice when it first opened (probably decades ago), but in this condition the value should have gone down drastically. Loved Tagaytay for the nature, but Estancia was definitely a let down. Will never return again and would not recommend to others.

Pros: 1. Welcoming, warm and friendly staff. 2. Early check in was given 3. Plated breakfast was good. 4. Good view from veranda (lakeview). Cons: 1. Actual Lakeview rooms are really far from the reception area. Lot's of stairs which are not friendly to PWD, elderly, pregnant women and people with medical conditions. 2. Room's are far from expected. The bathroom we've had was a bit moldy and has a musty smell. No room slippers like regular hotels. Towels are not fresh or new looking seemed like the used ones from other "hotels." 3. Jacuzzi/Pool area and entertainment areas are open for use but you'll be discouraged to use them due to the distance from your room. Overall: We'll never consider Estancia as a place to stay in. A lot of improvements needs to be done. It seems that they invested too much on the Santorini vibe alone. Thus is 0.5 out of 5. 👎👎👎

Wonderful place, very clean ang room, cold ang AC mganda ang view sa veranda, very friendly and couteous ang staff. ☺️👍🏻 sulit ang bayad, yummy ang breakfast although di sya buffet pero pwede na ☺️ masarap magswimming especially sa jacuzzi 😍 malapit lng sa mga pasyalan sa tagaytay, very accessible khit walang car madali lang gumala 👍🏻 for sure babalik kami dito & highly recommended. Santorini rooms are too far that you’d require someone to fetch you with a golf car to go to and from the front desk/restaurant/pool/your car, everywhere basically. Too many stairs. Steep walk. No breakfast buffet, just ala carte(big serving tho), good food but nothing exemplary. Amenities are old. Everything is old. Including their iron that dropped millimeters away from my toe while hot because the stand was unsteady (and old). However, the view is incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mornings are perfect in Santorini balcony. Overall, it would be a great romantic getaway, but I would not recommend it family wise esp those with older parents.

I'm a little disappointed, our bed was not queen size. We have a little child in the middle and the bed was so small

Need to improve food. Chicken quesadillas is not worth ordering. I swear. It's too expensive for 230.00 I suggest that don't overprice your items. It's not worth it. It only looks nice in the picture. I can just go to starbucks for a better food.

If you want somewhere near the pool, santorini view is not a good place. Santorini view is almost 500m away from the main lobby.

Staffs are very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at their Santorini room. The place with its theme is nice but facilities/furnitures are quite old. The shower heater is also sometimes not working and there are ants. I wish they had complimentary slippers since the floor is cold. Food is good and can be brought to your room. If you plan to stay here, you may also want to use their pool or jacuzzi, it's free. Sauna is available but with charge.
