尽管信用卡出了点问题，电话和老板沟通后，老板很大度的说破例到前台支付。服务很好，老板很好，唯一有点小遗憾是房间不隔音，客人上下楼梯或说话听得清清楚楚，其它都挺好的。

The hotel is about 10 min away by bus from the central station. After taking off the bus, around 5 min away from the bus stop. It's a nice and cozy hotel. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The hotel is equipped with an elevator. The room and all the environment are quite clean and organized. The shower is satisfied with great amount of hot water.

The are 6 floor, but it reaches to the 5th floor only. If possible, the lovely receptionist could help you to arrange the room with the lift. The receptionists are very kind and well-helped. They could also help you to book a taxi. The layout of the room and the lobby are trendy and very clean based on this price. The shower is great, hot, steady and you could adjust the temp slightly as you wish with great amount of water. It will be my choice again if I travel around here.

Hotel num bom bairro de Amsterdan (Jordaan), pode-se fazer tudo a pé. Funcionários jovens e simpáticos . Tem café e chá na recepção todo o tempo. Quarto muito pequeno, banheiro mínimo (o box tem exatamente 0,45 metros quadrado, como ralo fora dele o que faz com que o banheiro fique sempre molhado). Não há reposição de sabonete, etc. Estacionamento não tem e para chegar ao hotel tem que parar em local proibido. O estacionamento recomendado além de distante e caro, funciona com app que não se consegue baixar para quem é do Brasil. Péssimo. Não tem café da manhã, embora tenha dois por perto. A descrição não deixa essas coisas claras.

Wonderful experience

This cute tiny Hotel was more than I imagined it would be! I expected it to be tiny so my expectations were not super high on how big our room would be but our expectations were exceeded. Friendly staff, snacks available upon check-in and a cute little gift bag with snacks when we left. We were visiting on a 23 hour layover on our journey home and it was a perfect stopping spot for our short trip. Bed was comfy, however the toilet is very close to the shower so if you have long legs you will need to sit on it sideways 😂

Fantastic welcome, the staff are so friendly and helpful and all the little extras made it a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Amsterdam experience

La ubicación perfecta el barrio Jordan y al lado de un canal.El personal encantador siempre con una sonrisa y cualquier duda te ayudaban. El detalle a la salida. El comedor poder llevar cosas y comerlas hay tranquilamente, el café gratis. El silencio , la limpieza perfecto. La habitación era pequeña cogimos la básica pero es que hemos estado tan agusto repetiriamos sin duda y lo recomendamos 100%.

Room was spotless, great staff service, very friendly. Plenty of free amenities. The location was great aswell, close to the busy centre whilst still being in a quiet area.

Great area that was walkable, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and local sights. We checked in super late due to a delay and had to call (not at door) but they were there and got us in quick. Friendly staff. Loved the coffee and tea available and all the snacks- even a “to go” bag of snacks at checkout which was a nice touch. The room was small but comfortable. Only complaint was the shower was small. My husband is a tall guy and it was a tight squeeze but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

O quarto é o banheiro (box) são MUITO PEQUENOS !!!! Só ficaria novamente no hotel se fosse em um quarto maior! Em compensação a equipe é muito atenciosa! Tem uma pequena área aonde disponibilizam café, chá, chocolate quente! E também oferecem uns doces ( croissant, pão com amêndoas) e snacks (amendoins) ! Na saída nós deram uma bolsa com uns snacks. Achei bem simpático
