Staff service in coffee shop during breakfast time is not very good. When you sit in, nobody ask what you would like to drink. You have to ask the staff to give you coffee or tea. But all other service is ok.

CP值很高，離地鐵有些微距，打車算容易。值得再次入住。

位置非常好，就在市中心。所以叫车非常方便，每次出行叫个车在酒店大堂等就可以了。 房间很干净，床也很大很舒服，因为楼层都在33楼以上，感觉很不错。

位于市中心的一家很新的酒店。需要提醒一下的是，成都有两家明宇豪雅，不在同一个地方，不要弄混了。如果使用了停车库，记得找前台要停车票~

酒店风格很清新，很别致！整体条件类五星，整洁度和舒适度都不错。以较低的价格住在这个水准的酒店，还是很超值的！商务或休闲都适合！但有一点要提醒各位，如果是单位报销需要开发票的话，会遇到麻烦。请提前咨询好再预定。

Exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Really good room with good facilities and a top-notch breakfast buffet.

Big hotel, convenient to get to the pandas! Breakfast was ok. Don’t go for the hotel massage- not good/professional and a total rip off for price.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby on 33rd floor, so every room has an amazing view. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Rooms are incredible with Spa like bathrooms. Shower is heaven. Banks with ATM’s & 7-11 nearby

A brief stay before I moved to Shangrila. Decent breakfast and room. Decent price. You can’t compare the service with Shangrilla chain but you get what you are paid for. Would recommend it to friends.

町の中心部にあるホテル。エレベーターで33Fに挙がったところにフロントがあり、そこでチェックインします。客室はそこより上。今回は39Fに泊まりました。窓からの眺望もよく夜景がきれい。部屋は清潔で快適でした。独立したバスタブが部屋の中心に近いところにあり、ちょっとびっくりしました。シャワー設備が充実していたのでそちらを使いました。フロントに英語が話せる人があまりいなかったことや、部屋のテレビがほとんど中国語のチャンネルだったことから、中国国内向けの高級ホテルの印象を持ちました。それでも1Fのコンセルジュでは英語でコミュニケーションができ、抜群の笑顔を返してくれたのが印象的でした。

very polite staff, concierge helped organizing personal items to be shipped. But 2nd floor has an event almost every ones smoking. Bad.

It’s a good stay overall

全体的に良い印象だが、部屋の掃除がまだまだ行き通ってない印象でした。掃除機を入れてなかったり、ベットシーツを３日間替えてなかったり、シャワー上がり用の服が置いてなかったり、ティッシュの置き場所が良くない、コップが深すぎて使いにくいなどなどです。

The room doesn't activate air conditioner, the room temperature was 29 degrees celsius, too hot to sleep.

Pretty good, overall. Location was not as walkable.
