Lift broke down two times and they asked us to climb 6 floors even though we were elderly. Breakfast items were empty and there was no replenishment in spite of us reminding the team. Small towels were not given on two days. Shower water was not hot enough. Construction drilling and pounding in nearby site were going on through the night and disturbed our sleep.

We spent one night in this hotel for family vacation. The room had a modern interior and a balcony that we like. However some part of the wall seems not finished yet to be painted. And the floor were felt dusty inside the room. But the bed was good and we could sleep well at night. The amenities for the toilet was quite complete. Nothing special about the breakfast but it was still OK. Staff hospitality was standard

The location is best suited for business trip cause it's right at the center of Phnom Penh. Breakfast is standard quality. But I got really itchy when get in the bed and under the sheets, even after I got home. The hotel really should check their bed sheets and the whole bed area in general.

我们在这家酒店的住宿体验非常棒。酒店按照约定在机场接我们，并迅速送我们到酒店，副经理Chan热情地迎接了我们。我们一边品尝迎宾饮料，一边规划两天的住宿，推荐了合适的景点。他甚至帮我们买了博物馆门票，预订了吴哥窟之旅，并安排了交通。房间很大，心形扭曲毛巾上的玫瑰花瓣给这对“蜜月”夫妇带来了惊喜。Danny和其他工作人员在我们入住期间始终面带微笑，热情友好。食物很美味，Amok菜是我们尝过的最好吃的。我丈夫在游泳池游泳，我则在他们的小型健身房骑自行车，之后享用了一顿精心挑选的早餐。哦，对了，总经理Kim在我们退房时热情地送别我们。这家酒店物超所值，甚至物超所值。强烈推荐。
