Great location. Lovely rooms.

If you want your car broken into it’s a great place to stay. There is not enough parking to accommodate the amount of guests so you will have to park in sketchy area of downtown. There are way better and safer choices in Winnipeg.

Clean and tidy, enjoyed the new Nespresso machine, toiletries very nice. The room layout and lighting is lovely. Miss having an onsite restaurant/bar, but Cibo, James Avenue Pumphouse and Nonsuch are very close and are all excellent choices. A/C on the noisy side, but we were able to adjust the fan. Hallway noise during the night was disappointing, but that was due to thoughtless guests.

Overall a fine stay, but the air conditioner was very loud and needs attention.

It was a one night stay and we got there late and left early so not much I can say.

Air conditioner definitely works but the washroom is a little weird. No kink shame, whatever floats your boat. 😆

We’ve stayed at the Mere several times, always good

To have 63 rooms and half the parking is ridiculous. The check in long was long, only one person. The room and amenities were outstanding. You really nee to address your parking situation

Charged extra with no information, thankfully was able to check credit card statement. I will review this in the AM.

Parking costs extra. This changed since our last stay and was a surprise when we arrived. Hoped they would waive it for us but they did not. Facility is nice and new and clean. Our shower base felt soft and spongy which was a bit unnerving. It creaked and groaned like it was rotting underneath. but otherwise everything was in great condition.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for downtown events.

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location on the river. Next time we would ask for an upper floor room so as not to be visible to the people on the pathway in front.

Everything was excellent the way it should be!!

Very clean and amazing location. The shower pressure was not good at all. Need better sound proof doors could hear everything happening in the hallway on main level. Parking was an issue two of the nights had to find additional street parking even after paying for the paid lot. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

Room was huge and exceptionally clean and comfortable. I’ve never been in a hotel room with so many surfaces to put things on. The closet space was also generous and well-organized. The two staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the room is that one of the walls for the bathroom is glass. There are blinds that go down but they aren’t fully opaque. Kind of an odd aesthetic choice. There was no soundproofing of the bathroom either. It worked okay for us, but I can imagine this would be very strange if travelling with friends. I also didn’t love paying 22 additional dollars for parking, but this seems typical for Winnipeg for some reason.

Super modern and pretty place. Door was locked and we had to wait for staff to notice and grab us, otherwise great.
