Unique features about port. Nothing wrong with the property, but the street was dirty in the evening

Close location to old city and tourist attractions. All the staff in Receptions and Housekeeping were all so friendly and helpful.

Thank you to Jose and the rest of the staff for a very pleasant stay! The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is also convenient. Highly recommend!

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main touristy places, but I actually really liked the location. The nearby restaurants and pedestrian street were great, and I was close to the metro. The room was small and simple but it had everything I needed, including a nice little balcony. The service was excellent and staff were quite helpful. The port tasting and breakfast were also delicious!

This hotel was amazing! From the moment we got there until we left. Much more than expected. The gentleman in reception (Nuno) was so nice and helped us with everything. From where to go, where to eat, shuttle to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would love to go back and I will 100% recommend to family and friends.

This is a wonderful property but it is in the middle of the city! Some of the pictures may lead to believe it has a calm, relaxed outside area; not the case, but a delightful property. It has a great location to fabulous restaurants and activities. Perfect boutique hotel!

The man at reception was very friendly and always asked how we were and did we need any help or advice. Made us feel welcome. Good location, two min walk to main shopping street and metro station from airport. Good location overall for sights. Baggage store on morning of departure. Room was quite cold but was fine once air conditioning was whacked up.

Basic rooms but one of the best and most helpful staff i have encountered. The location is just blocks from many of the city sites.

Very good hotel in the centre of Porto. Safe parking opposite the hotel 25 euros per night. Best housekeeping we have experienced every day the room was as good as the day we arrived. Breakfast not value for money, no black tea, only 2 bowls for cereal provided, had to ask for hot water. Silly errors eg no one told us how to use our room key to enter hotel resulting in us waiting outside to be let in.

Didn’t like the small bathroom. I’m very tall and found it a bit difficult to use. Great staff and very clean though!

The walls are so thin that you can hear your next door neighbors. We were on the third floor and it felt like a marching band was on top of us when the guests checked in. The bathroom walls are so thin that you have to turn on the shower to get some privacy while using the bathroom. Our room was close to a loading dock and you can hear the trucks early in the morning. The walls and doors of our room need a lot of TLC. No fridge in the room or ice service in the hotel.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The building in general is in good conditions and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. I had trouble sleeping the first night because of how noisy it was outside, then I discovered that the balcony window was slightly open. After closing the window it was quiet enough to sleep. If you stay here, check that window.
