Hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. The AC in the room was a bit weak. I was moved from a suite to a small room due to lack of availability. Charged the same price tho that kinda sucked.

Staff is attentive to any way to help and went the extra mile for me. The location is ideal at Place de Jaude and a few steps away from a tramway stop. Definitely my hotel choice for future visits to Clermont-Ferrand!

Staff was friendly. The room was large and comfortable. And very clean. We had drinks in the bar and that was perfect. The parking is right next-door to the hotel so it’s very easy to negotiate to the hotel.

Super hotel en plein coeur de Clermont Ferrand. Equipe très gentille, très bon accueil de nos enfants. Chambre familiale avec 2 pièces très belle (la chambre parentale résonnait ++).
