This resort was worth every penny. It is absolutely gorgeous. Service is excellent. Beautiful and lush during the rainy season but rains very little on the coast. We used the snorkeling equipment provided there. Booked a surf lesson, cooking class, monkey watching tour, and bioluminescence tour in outrigger canoes. The whole peninsula is very safe with gate guards at the entrance to the peninsula as well as the resort itself. Complimentary shuttles to the nature center, the beach club, and to the restaurants at the other resorts on The peninsula (we had two excellent dinners at the Andaz, one at the dive bar at the neighboring marina, and one at the Prieto beach club with stunning sunset views. My husband and I as well as our two teens all loved it. Would return here in a heartbeat.

Food was mediocre and bland

The resort is on a gated peninsula~completely safe. Beautiful property, rooms, views, restaurants, beach amenities, monkeys and wildlife! Friendly staff make this resort a 10 out of 10!!

Great experience. Mario was super helpful and even got a hat for our daughter before we departed.

This was a bucket list trip for my husband and myself and lt exceeded our expectations! The food, staff, and resort were amazing. Now the room was top tier! It was expensive but worth every $. It set the bar high for our future vacations, since then we have taken 3 more vacations and we have loved everyone! I cant say enough about the Andaz and l recommend it every chance l get! 💯

Beach was just ok. Beach club was better. Lots of monkeys on site. Food was ok. Rooms were nice.

Middle of nature, quite, good service, monkeys everywhere this is what made different, but family pool small. Restaurant no bad but no so good, bay so many rocks but safe to swimming.

The attention to detail with everything (check in, food, rooms, supplying sunscreen at pools) was amazing. Food was incredible and the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Great resort with great staff. The only areas that need improvement are: 1. The dinner food isn't the best. 2. the pool chairs at the main pool area don't match and aren't as comfortable as the adult pool and beach club chairs.

Amazing. Possibly the nicest hotel experience ever.

We had to delay our flight and booked last minute. The Hotel was so accommodating and the staff went above and beyond. The resort is beautiful. We will return!

Super disappointed to have paid a substantial amount of money for Bay View, to wake up to nothing but trees completely covering any visible ocean view. We didn’t notice until the following morning when we woke up due to arriving after dark, otherwise I would have made the complaint immediately.

The stuff and the amenities are amazing the people make feel incredible the service is unbelievable everything about this place is absolutely amazing.
