酒店离市中心有点远，但对于大型团体来说非常方便；最近的火车站距离酒店约300米。酒店附近也有市场和超市。员工很友好。

所有工作人员都很可爱，工作迅速，管家清洁工作做得非常好。

The room is big, clean and comfy. Location close to Bitec. The staffs are very good at their field of duty (escpecially Art as the receptionist and Mai as Maid). But please, improve your receptionist ' s English communication. Most of the time, I need to use google translator to communicate. One thing for sure, staying at Thomson, you will feel as if you stay at home 🙂. Next time I have work at Bitec, surely I will stay here.

Superb location if you have an event in bitec. Very convenient because it 's near 7/11. Lots of room amenities. Great price. Staff are very attentive. And they have shuttle service (one way) to BITEC and bts bang Na. Love my experienced here 🤗👍🏻.

Kamarnya nyaman, dilengkapi dengan mesin cuci dan microwave. Dekat dengan lokasi pameran di BITEC Bang Na. Hanya lokasi hotel jauh dari pusat kota sehingga untuk jalan-jalan jadi agak jauh.

I have been in Bangkok same period every year. Always quite good.

Good for room and service, I will go to stay again later.

ไปพักโรงแรมเป็นครั้งที่สอง แต่ครั้งนี้ในห้องพักฝักบัวเสีย เลยค่อนข้างลำบากในการอาบน้ำค่ะ

服务好，房间干净，设施齐全

Room is nice, big with kitchen and reasonable utensil. TV a bit too small for the room size, limited English TV Chanel. Room cleaning is another issue, they only clean the room by sweeping with the broom stick. Not hygienic in my point of view cause the dust fly up in the air when they swept and fall back down. My husband love the omelet for breakfast, he gives breakfast score 8 out of 10 but services at the breakfast table unfortunately only 6 out of 10 because they often forget things like forget to give toasts or fruits. On someday they forgot both. Receptionist are formidable, friendly and very helpful. We are very happy with the security staffs as well.
