The property is in a great location, but the hotel is extremely dated. The food is appalling and the facilities are very poor. Staff are pleasant, other holiday makers ie the British are very rude and obnoxious. Stay away, unless you are over 90!

Lovely stay at this complex, didnt like the fact u have to pay for wifi, no kettle in the room and you need to pay deposits for 2 x remotes and payment for the safe. Everything else okay, food, drinks and lovely staff.

Fair conditions for this 3 stars hotel

We stayed for the first time in this accomodation. It is what we expected from a 3 star hotel. The food was good, also the staff is friendly and helpfull. Nice location also. There were a little negatives; not much space to sit and lay down in the sun. It is not very cosy to stay at the pool. We had some problems with the room keys. Also the lights in the whole building give a uncosy atmosfere.

Good location for beach & shopping & rooms are nice & large/clean, the drinks options could be better & bar staff could do with a bit of training in customer service

Muy buena atención de los camareros y comida aunque poca variedad bastante rico todo.Me parece un fallo el wifi de cobro y las sombrillas.

Ottima posizione si raggiunge facilmente la spiaggia, le camere sono mini appartamenti molto comodi, il bagno è dotato di bidet. Il cibo è buono e variegato e lo staff è veramente cordiale

Espectacular estancia. Buen trato de todo el personal del hotel , sobre todo de los camareros y cocineros. Buena limpieza en general. Comida excelente y muy buena con postres caseros. Muy buen hotel para relajarse tomando el sol y desconectar. La verdad que para repetir sin dudarlo , un 10.

Þetta hótel er alveg ágætt fyrir þennan pening. Lentum í Coronavirus ástandinu svo það er kanski ekki alveg marktækt ástans. Stóðst allt svo sem en ráðleg fólki sem er að fara þangað að hafa samband við hótelið og óska eftir herbergi á 4 hæð eða ofar, hitt er bara hörmung. Vorum þar eina nótt og vorum svo færð annars hefðum við væntanlega farið af hótelinu og fengið okkur gistingu annarstaðar. En það reddaðist allt sem betur fer. Hótelið er vel staðsett og hreinlegt að mestu, skemtidagskráin á kvöldin höfðaði ekki til okkar en hver hefur sin smekk. Hótel er hótel og maður er að sækjast í sólina en ekki að hanga inná herbergi þótt svo hafi verið seinustu 4 daga vegna veirunar. Maturin var allt í lagi svolítið einhæfur samt en það var hægt að borða hann og svo var hægt að fara út að borða ef maður vildi svo þetta er ekkert mál. Fólk ætti allveg að fara á þetta hótel þótt ég myndi ekki gera það en ég er aldrey á sama hóteli tvisvar, vill skoða aðra staði og annað umhverfi. Hafa samt í huga að maður fær það sem maður borgar fyrir .

Very friendly staff, always helpful. Excellent facilities and rooms

Prijs kwaliteit voor een 3sterrenhotel met alle accomodaties is dit goed met uitzondering van het kuisen van de kamers. Dat zou veel beter kunnen.

This was our 2nd time at this hotel and from entering reception where a warm welcome was received to the excellent food, in choice, presentation and quality, to the clean fairly spacious rooms.... plus the lovely pool area.... everything suited our needs well The hotel was just trimming up for Christmas as we left and looked very festive. The only thing that we didnt use much was the evening entertainment which didn't seem up to much.... but there's plenty of other things to do in the area so didn't pose a problem. We will certainly be back.

This is a very friendly hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. Great food with an excellent menu. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return. Twice a week towel change is inadequate. The hard dining room chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall very impressed with this hotel.
