很遗憾，床罩都是皱巴巴的显然没有换。一晚上只好睡在被子上。早餐也很糟糕。交通更是不方便。

The room was clean staff was nice breakfast was not so good not much variety and always the same food. The fact that you have to pay for parking as a guest is ridiculous at $15 a day. It was hot in the room and you couldnt adjust the thermostat, it was cooler in the hallways! Other than that it was okay would I return ehh probably not

The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast is good and the hotel gets pretty busy at the casino and the restaurant area. They also have happy hours every evening. The only inconveniences I had were when my parking key was not working. I took it to the front desk and they addressed the issue. The laundry room machines were not working, so I had to go to LEP Laundromat formerly known as Max Laundromat. The owners of the laundromat are awesome people but you need to call first to set-up an appointment. The other inconvenience was that my child tends to make noise, so I went downstairs to take a two hour work related call. I asked if I could use the meeting room since there were kids using the computers at the business center and a lot of people checking in. The front desk clerk told me to sit close to the business area. Needless to say, I went back to my room and locked up in the bathroom. The business center should be in a private room and children should not be there without the supervision of an adult. Everything else was ok and they said it was fine to use the microwave in the lobby since the rooms do not have one. The location is perfect and has a lot of stores and a gas station nearby. There’s plenty of parking and also an overflow parking. The maintenance staff keeps up with the property and they are constantly driving around the facility to make sure everything is ok.

Great location near shopping mall, casino, museums anda vast variety of eateries. Great stay, enjoyed breakfast, and the pool. Would definitely go back.

Other than the parking everything was great, the parking is unbelievable to high priced, I pay 390 on parking, that's crazy, i will not be using that hotel next time I'm back on business.
