Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, exzellentes Restaurant zu Spitzenpreisen. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, besser geht's nicht! Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, excellent restaurant with very good prices. Very friendly, helpful staff, couldn't be better !

Surprisingly nice hotel, pretty new , high quality build. Good breakfast but no juice water for kids without paying. Room service prices very good but service a bit scattered at times . Still good

Nice hotel for family holidays

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was excellent.

Very well managed and clean modern hotel. Rooms well appointed with all facilities expected. Cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast adequate, and staff will cook omelette if requested. Good fòd in restaurant. Staff very friendly. Location near the bus station, therefore necessary to take auto rickshaw to get the lake area. Overall well recommended

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2014, and the Manager Mr Ajit helped us in more than one way, very pleasant guy, ad we would recommend this hotel for sure. He went out of his way to help us.

We faced a major problem during checkin, the hotel manager was very rude, we came at 4, he told us to wait for 30 min. and then when demanded he gave us a small room and said this is your room, he had a fight had a lot of ego, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone...

Good hotel, near to main transport spots like Bus Stand & Railway station. Cleanliness, service are very good. Good hotel to stay for family and/or individual.

Hotel room was not up to the mark ...they were quite small in size and neccesary fixtures were missing (like clothes hanger).. however the staff members were very warm and courteous. .

Good location for shopping as everything is in close vicinity. For the rates its is a good clean well maintained hotel with affordable veg restaurant and a bar on its ground floor. Good value for money.

we booked three rooms. It took a long time to check in. All rooms have only two bath towels. There were no hand towels and no wash cloths.My AC did not work at all. I complained at mid night but was not resolved. My wife found two ants in the bed.In the morning we did not get any hot water.My wife took a cold shower but I called the front desk and was told that he will turn the boiler on and will take 10 minutes before I get the hot water.This took place at 7AM in the morning.We were not told to call in the morning for hot water if we wanted. The hotel is managed very poorly. The breakfast was descent in the morning.we had a dinner also at the restaurant..The rest .manager was helpful . .

The newly constructed modern rooms are neat and swanky for the price. Surroundings and approach are awful and stinky. Service is average. One has to make multiple reminder calls for simple services. Food was fine. The walls and door are thin and lot of noise can be heard, of doors being closed, even people talking.

The service provided by the staff was terrible, Although the infrastructure was satisfactory.

The wifi provided by the hotel was not effective. That too it was given for 1 hour under the room package and one need to pay extra for additional hours.

The rooms are a bit small, but the staff is quite helpful. Location is great.
