Lovely place! Great breakfast!

Lage sehr zentral an der La Rambla, jedoch im Viertel El Raval, welches bekannt ist für eine ziemlich hohe Kriminalitätsrate. Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und blieben immer dicht beieinander. Ganz so schlimm, wie es in den Medien berichtet wird, empfanden wir es nicht, man sollte aber trotzdem achtsam sein. Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, wo sich jeder etwas finden kann. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sind sehr aufmerksam und füllen immer nach, sobald etwas leer wird. Sehr gute Kaffeeauswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber ausreichend, wenn man sich nur abends bzw. Nachts dort aufhält. Das Badezimmer ist schön und modern, könnte jedoch ein bisschen mehr Licht vertragen. Die Zimmertüren schließen unten am Boden nicht bündig ab und es scheint nachts die ganze Zeit die Beleuchtung des Hausganges ins Zimmer. Grundsätzlich waren wir aber zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Our room was very small and the aircon was not working, it was 26,5 degrees every day and very hot to sleep. The staff was not very helpful and could not do anything about it. The nabohood was criminal, and lots of thieves and nasty people. Smells a lot like pee everywhere. But close to la Rambla 15 mins Walk. Take a taxi at night, because people want your stuff and your bags. So 1 star from us.

Great location, very clean, lovely breakfast. We were in a family room off the roof terrace, which was great for the children to have some space to play.

Excelente servicio por parte del personal del hotel, el desayuno completo, el chico que nos atendio durante nuestra estadia en los desayunos, muy servicial, respetuoso y buen anfitrión. Cabe destacar que en el área de cafetería siempre estaba disponible para los huéspedes, variedad de café, té y agua. Agradecidos y satisfechos con nuestra estadía.

El hotel por dentro es muy bonito con todos los detalles cuidados. El personal me ha parecido muy amable. Es totalmente accesible. Se han esforzado porque el edificio es antiguo y aún así lo han adaptado lo mejor posible.

Para empezar, NO tienen Lobby, o sea Q tienes q subir tus maletas al segundo nivel donde sin espacio te hacen check in. NO tienen aire Acondicionado. Fui al personal con toda amabilidad buscando opciones y Ni un ABANICO me pudieron proveer, 2 Noches pasando calor … HORRIBLE
