Clean room, nice staff and good location

Muy chico el espacio ..

Excelente servicio por parte del personal del hotel, el desayuno completo, el chico que nos atendio durante nuestra estadia en los desayunos, muy servicial, respetuoso y buen anfitrión. Cabe destacar que en el área de cafetería siempre estaba disponible para los huéspedes, variedad de café, té y agua. Agradecidos y satisfechos con nuestra estadía.

La habitación muy limpia y acogedora.

El hotel por dentro es muy bonito con todos los detalles cuidados. El personal me ha parecido muy amable. Es totalmente accesible. Se han esforzado porque el edificio es antiguo y aún así lo han adaptado lo mejor posible.

Para empezar, NO tienen Lobby, o sea Q tienes q subir tus maletas al segundo nivel donde sin espacio te hacen check in. NO tienen aire Acondicionado. Fui al personal con toda amabilidad buscando opciones y Ni un ABANICO me pudieron proveer, 2 Noches pasando calor … HORRIBLE

The worst place i ever stay! There is not elevator. No air conditioner and it is situated on an area of high criminality.

Room was small, kept bumping into the bed due to lack of floor space. Hotel entrance was not easy to access. Area was safe, good location…

Breakfast was lovely and easy. Pet friendly was a huge plus for us.

Supet hotel, bien situé et chambre orivative avec la piscine ! Incroyable sejour.

Really good value although the room was small had everything needed and in a great location for walking everywhere i wanted to visit in Barcalona

Terrible, roaches and water leak. I emailed them to get a reimbursement.

Terrible stairwell to get to reception. No lobby. Then there was an elevator could only fit one person. Even when I got up to my floor- I had to haul my suitcases up another set of stairs. The room was fine- small but clean

No coincide la descripción con la realidad el barrio es terrible y la propiedad tampoco es igual yo cuando hice mi reservación me dieron un número de habitación y cuando llegué me dieron otra que no era la mía el televisor súper pequeño y no coje casi ningún canal y hay un seno en la recepción que no es nada agradable yo pagué todo y cuando llegué al hotel me cobraron más dinero nunca más vuelvo a ese hotel
