Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch.

La mejor experiencia en Cancun, la habitacion es enorme y super comoda las camas con mini bar incluido y lo reabastecen todos los días, incluye 2 sofa que se descansa muy bien. La atencion en todo momento es espectacular. La comida desde los que son con reserva como los abiertos la comida es muy muy buena. La experiencia en AquaNick para niños y adultos es muy divertida. La visita en playa Maroma es buena por las actividades de agua y la comida, la playa es mas hermosa en el hotel, volvería sin dudarlo.

Had everything we needed for a family vacation with a 2 and 4 year old! They made everything so easy! I wish there were more dining options as the buffet was closed 1 day. And the beachfront hotel closed another day. Everutjing else required reservations and was full!

EL ROOM SERVICE ERA MALISIMO.

La verdad la atención fue terrible desde la llegada mis maletas me las entregaron hasta las 8 de la noche después del check in en los restaurantes la atención del servicio terrible y para llevarte a nick es mejor moverse por sus medios la camioneta que te lleva es pequeña y tienes solo 2 horarios para moverte en la mañana y en la tarde 5 pm la verdad mal sabor de boca con el servicio no regresaría

Un mejor mantenimiento a las habitaciones no les vendría mal, la tina de hidromasaje se quedó encendida sin poder apagarla

El mar no es bonito La comida estaba rica pero no es comida auténtica mexicana . Los trabajadores no saben donde queda algo cuando se les pregunta . Yo perdí mi transporte porque me mandaron el lugar equivocado y me regalaron un desayuno gratis en Nickelodeon y cuando llegué era para una charla sobre cómo hacer e miembro del hotel y comprar su membresia .

The room was amazing with a wonderful view. The staff was extremely nice, personable and cared about our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and father had a wonderful birthday and stay. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

property was very clean and room was spacious. But having limited access to beach area ( we could not walk much on the beach area with kids since adult side of hotel would not allow kids to walk pass them) There is Casita (adult only hotel) side where beach is cut off with cement, and there are seating areas and hammocks on the beach my kids were not allowed to be on. there was no one at the beach except security personel watching us not to seat on those seats. With extreme windy weather and seaweeds everywhere making ribbon like line in the ocean and sand, we only got to swim in one pool. Going to Nick water park was hassel and we come to Mexico for ocean, not water park anyways. If we would want to go water park, we have alot more bigger one in the state or Bahama. If you have little babies or kids under 5years old who does not need much of adventure, this is the hotel for you. Very well maintained and Clean for sure. Shower water pressure is amazing. However, if you have little bit older kids, probably not a best choice.
