Very good, room is spacious, kitchen is good and can cook to save money - restaurants in city center are pricey

The hotel is in a great location, close all downtown amenities, museums, plazas, ect. Access to most of bus routes. Service is excellent, rooms are nice, clean with comfortable beds.

The room was clean the small kitchen very practical and it’s in downtown walking distance to everything

The hotel room and shared spaces were sparkling clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and made timely responses to any inquiries we had. The location was convenient to everything in Reykjavik-would definitely stay here again!

Loved our experience. Anna, the owner of the hotel is a real Mensch. We had multiple conversations and her warmth and knowledge about Reykjavik and Iceland was great. Our room was a dream and yes, the church clock chimes regularly and we loved it. Great location too!! Parking with meters. Breakfast was good and pricey — like everything in Iceland right now (July 2026). We would 100% stay again at this hotel!! It was one of the highlight La of our trip!!

The hotel was clean and most comfortable. Our room with a deck with a view, how much of the city, including the seat of government was beautiful. Amust do in Reykjavík.

You can’t beat this downtown Reykjavik location—everything is walkable, from cafes to cocktail bars. Inside, the room was wonderfully spacious, and we loved the little extras like the shaving kit and hair brush waiting for us.

The room was perfect for 4 adults. We also had a small kitchen and fridge which was perfect for breakfast in the morning or if you arrive late from exploring and want to prepare a quick dinner. The staff was friendly and very nice. The breakfast option was not the best so i do not recommended. For long stay parking park in the Radhous public parking across. It will be better and cheaper.

We appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. My husband has food allergies and we were able to make food that he could eat. The staff was very helpful with questions and the hotel well central to great restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the hotel having an elevator since we had a lot of bags.

Close to everything in downtown walking distance the only problem is do not pre-purchased the breakfast. It’s not worth it.

Property was centrally located downtown within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent. Emma at front desk was helpful and patient.

Staff was wonderful. The room was decent. For what I paid, I expected the room to be nicer. The location was great. Breakfast was pretty good, but was not included and really expensive. I would consider staying again if I came back, but I would definitely look elsewhere to see if I can get a better rate or a nicer room/hotel for the money.
