酒店位置非常好，距离京都站八条口不到200米，京都巴士站就在酒店门前，靠近购物中心，靠近7Eleven和Family Mart，酒店周围有很多吃饭的地方。工作人员很友好，很周到。在工作人员的指导下通过机器办理登机手续。酒店设施确实不错：房间舒适，床上用品干净芳香，卫浴设备齐全，提供转换线，吹风机，免费饮用水，还有茶和咖啡，酒店有投币式洗衣机，微波炉和自动售货机，还有热水沐浴设施。早餐美味，菜单多样。早餐时可以看到京都巴士站的景色，当地的上班喧嚣变得更加令人兴奋，因为它增添了精神。当我再次访问京都时，我会再次预订 Elcient。

my most favorite hotel in kyoto. stayed 3 days and i can say that the location was perfect. dont hesitate to book here!!!!

Showernya mantap banget. Coba yang triple soalnya ranjangnya 3. Lokasi di gedung baru annex building. Luas. Di kasih lotion gratis sachetan di lobby. Jam 2.30 udah bisa check in. Ada 7 eleven family mart. Sebelahan sama avanti mall ada donqiote. Ke station kyoto bisa via avanti kalo hujan. Tempat ok.

Kamar bagus dan bersih hotel dekat stasiun.

Hotel yang benar-benar nyaman dan bersih. Stasion kereta pas di seberang hotel, Halte Bus pas di depan Hotel. Mau kemana-mana mudah. Ada mini market di samping Hotel. Pokoknya lokasi hotel yang super strategis buat keliling Kyoto. Bintang 5 buat Elcient Hotel.

Staf ramah & sangat membantu, lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan Kyoto Eki. Akan menginap lagi di sini secepat nya.

Very good experience! Great room, great service, really close to the station, has free onsen too. They also help us to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo. Will stay here again next time I stay in Kyoto!

Staff sangat ramah, fasilitas hotel luar biasa ada onsen, sauna lengkap dengan amenity nya, sarapan enak dan banyak macamnya, kamar bersih rapih, sangat recommended dengan harga yang cukup murah.

So close to Kyoto station. Really good hotel and well trained staff. Room is clean, amenities is good. We will back again.

The hotel location are just 5 minutes walk from the station but its actually infront of the station. The check process was smooth and the room quite nice, not to big but its was well set up for us and the kids. Its has comfort waiting lobby, and the baggage delivery services was also super.

Its totally worth it, near convenient store & kyoto station, so it will be so easy to get around kyoto 🤟🏻. Room pretty small but comfy (hotel room in japan usually pretty small). If I came to kyoto again, definetely will comeback to this hotel.

Location was great, its very close to the Kyoto Station. Everything is worth and would stay again. The hotel helps to keep our luggage so that you can continue explore after check out.

Location is within walking distance from kyoto station. Close to Kyoto Avanti and 24 hour fast food. I forgot the name..The bedroom was small with three beds. Bathroom was very small but clean..Love the japanese spa . The Receptionist spoke good english and the hotel can keep your luggage before / after the check in/out time
