Phòng có mùi hôi như mùi cống thoát nước. Mở hết cửa sổ ra thì đỡ nhưng chỉ cần đóng cửa lại thì mùi hôi không ngửi được.

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. Room size is moderate given it is in old quarter. Location is perfect to walk to pretty much everywhere.

Sebenarnya hotelnya tidak masalah, lokasinya juga strategis hanya harganya mungkin terlalu mahal untuk kondisi seperti itu. Saya menemukan hotel bintang 3 yang pelayanannya bagus di sekitar lokasi yang sama dengan harga setengah dari hotel ini.

Breakfast have quite a lot variety, but the room's amenities a bit old.

Lokasi dekat danau hoa kim. Suasananya tenang, malam pas weekend, ramai sekali, receptionist nya ramah dan sangat membantu, kamar nya bersih.

Good place and friendly staff, they provided take a way breakfast when our flight in early morning

The staying in the Hanoi pearl hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. With all facilities in the room ,we liked it very much ,especially private wifi router in the room. The only problem we faced was the temperature from water in bathroom was hard to control.
