We stayed at the Cofortel for 2 nights for a girls trip to Quebec city. We found the beds comfortable, le hotel was clean and renovated and the ground level room with direct parking access was very nice. The only very small negative is the overpowering perfume smell in the lobby. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay

I used the wrong credit card - didn't realize until i was on plane - trying to talk to human on your help desk is impossible - totally upsetting . Now - I find you are unable to transfer cards . Bye Bye - your app is deleted / I will spread the word ! SEE YA

Clean and cozy hotel. Overall, it's neat and has a lot of rooms. There are amenities nearby.

Le bâtiment de l'hôtel n'a que 2 étages. La chambre est moderne et belle, le lit est confortable et la douche est bonne, la douche est en verre. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec des adolescents et des jeunes adultes qui couraient et criaient dans le couloir. Nous avons demandé poliment deux fois et cela n'a pas fonctionné, nous avons également appelé la réception. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Beautiful room! The bed was dreamy. Very thoughtful touches… the included breakfast was really outstanding.

Easy to access from aiport. Near highway. Next to multiple restaurants, grocery store and gas station

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. La chambre était correcte, mais le bruit entre 3h et 5h du matin était insupportable, rendant le sommeil très difficile. On entendait des bruits de couloirs et de l'extérieur sans interruption. De plus, il n’y avait pas de piscine, et la salle de sport était très limitée, avec peu d’équipements en bon état. Déjeuner tres très limité pain, bagel, et muffin de 3 jours, les bananes presque noir, pomme Macintosh. Pour le prix, je m’attendais à de meilleures installations. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour un séjour reposant.
