best hotel in Trutnov, very clean, reasonable priced, good breakfast and great attention to detail from owner

Excellent hotel

Clean as always, good breakfast, great dinners for a reasonable price. Fitness studio small but well equipped, enough for a training. Heated tennis courts (2) are a good bonus for your stay if you like playing.

Was visiting the town for work and this hotel is convenient to downtown, shopping. It has great sports facilities, including tennis, squash, badminton, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Close to Krkonose mountains and owner and his staff will go beyond their ways to make you perfectly happy. Very hands on.

We stayed here since it was the closest to Brutal Assault festival. It was so amazing here! The view of the forest from our room was fantastic. Their service we got from everyone including the restaurant was amazing. We were late for breakfast and they left it out for us. The laundry service was amazing as well.

Clean tidy and fairly new. Is on the expensive end for the area but average to UK rates. Restaurant times vary with closure at weekends so think ahead and check.

Very modern hotel in an out of the way place room tidy clean and modern. Food was of a high quality and enjoyable.

I arrived at the hotel at about 8pm. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the Saturday night which was one down side. The staff were helpful and friendly. When I said I had to leave early on the Monday morning the girl at reception offered to leave a breakfast for me to take with me. The rooms were top rate, clean and comfortable. You have a swipe card to get in and out of all doors including the front one, if you plan to arrive late, the main door is shut at ten pm, however there is someone on the desk all night but you may need to ring them in advance if you plan to arrive later than that.

Nice hotel and as well breakfast menu. Hotel is located approximately 1,5-2 km from the city center where the restaurants are located. No dinner restaurant available at the hotel but there is a self service bar (water & beers etc).

Vstřícný personál, pěkné pokoje, dobrá snídaně, žádný ruch z venku.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent. The only disadvantage was that the rooms are not air conditioned and it was very hot at the time of my visit
