Kokonaisuutena asiallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. keskinkertainen aamiainen, mehuissa yli puolet vettä, hedelmäpalat hyviä ja joissakin arvosteluissa mainittu kuohuviini kamalaa kuraa, joka olisi syytä korvata esim. paremmalla juustovalikoimalla. Spa pieni, mutta ihan mukava, ei kuitenkaan ehkä hintansa arvoinen ja muistettava tehdä varaus heti hotelliin saavuttaessa. Respa ei maininnut varaustarpeesta sisään kirjauduttaessa mitään, otti maksun ja antoi liput, joten maksettu spa-lippu meinasi jäädä käyttämättä.

Internet helt ok. Dåligt att det bara var en dusch i herrarnas omklädningsrum och mycket dåligt att det var simskola i spa-bassängen.

All in all okay hotel.

Check-in staff are excellent. However, it was really hot in the room and they turn the air-com off at the end of august so sleep was difficult. This was further disturbed by the MASSIVE noise and bass music to about 3am (not the hotel's fault, but added to the horrible night's sleep over friday and saturday night). There are no glasses for water - just wine glasses, which are not practical for a bedside table. You have to refill water from the corridor - no complimentary bottle when you arrive. For room service it's opt-in, which is environmental - but if you forget in the morning, no clean towels for you. The spa reception staff (except the masseurs and Alina and Lina who were all great) were argumentative and surly. They force you to book on the internet even when you tell them "it doesn't work" (their response is: :"it must"). Then they don't get back to you at all, then you have to do downstairs and book in in person in the first place - which defeats the 'relaxing' element of a spa.

Midt i centrum

We wanted an early check in and informed the hotel the day before arrival. They replied that it will be confirmed at check in. When arriving, they couldn't offer early check in. It would have been nicer to have the possibility confirmed over email rather than having that information not until arriving since it makes sense that they should have had an overview of available rooms by the time we asked. Breakfast was nice, a bit too crowded but I guess we got there during peak hour. By the tea station, they had a bowl saying it was "lemon" but was clearly orange pieces. Spa was a nice perk. Possibility to access it once a day. The eucalyptus steam room was extremely nice. Well centered in old town, so expect some loud music from outside.

Inside Old Town, access to museums, shops, restaurants, and parks were easy.

Spa er lite, men ok. Frokosten er ikke verdt å betale for.

Great Location

Alt i alt var vi tilfredse, men hotelværelset var bestemt ikke de billigste i byen, og så var der ikke en gang inkluderet spa basinnet, som kostede hele 18€ og det var endda en nedsat pris. Hotelværelset var nu fint, men der var ekstremt meget støj fra gaden - fulde mennesker til langt ud på natten alle tre overnatninger; blot til orientering.

Our bathroom door hangs when closing and the AC didn‘t work that well. Everything else was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

The hotel has a good breakfast service and in the evening a nice restaurant for dinner. The TV is inside the room 104 on a bad position mounted. You can easily hit your head on it, when you go out from the bed. The refrigerator was not really getting cold.

Rooms were not cleaned during the stay
