It is one of the best hotel i have ever stayed, and probably the best hotel in Switzerland. - Prefect location, in front of Andermatt train station. - Modern & Luxury design hotel, everything is prefect and you can see from the minor details - Nice mountain view from the room, and the room is huge - Impressive service, make you feel at home all the time - Great dinning option: 1 international restaurant 1 Japanese restaurant; 1 bar with great atmosphere - Huge public area, lots of fireplace to seat and chill, sofa area with TV, reading area etc. - Amazing spa facilities, it got everything! Two steam room with different temperature; Two Finnish sauna room with different temperature; indoor & outdoor heated pool; Whirlpool pools with different temperature; Gym etc. I feel bad that i only stayed two nights there, and i will definitely coming back next year with my families. I have only a small comment regarding to the Bed Linen, which i think can be improve a bit of it's quality, but it was not bad (just not the best). All other things are just prefect, and i will definitely recommend this hotel and you won't regret. Once again, thank you and i enjoy it very much.

Everything was superb.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi.

Fantastisk hotell. Ikke beste utsikten fra rommet, men til gjengjeld var rommet helt eksepsjonelt. Høy servicegrad men kanskje en smule polert? Kunne vært litt mer personlig. Nydelig beliggenhet med kort avstand til gondol.

We had rain during our summer stay and were more than content lounging in the pool and spa. This place delivers class from the moment you walk in.

It was nice, but not 5 star in terms of sleep quality or service. Looks grand though. Not worth the cost and wouldnt recommend, unless money is no object and you don’t mind what you get for the cost. Small/Simple changes could make it great.

Our stay at The Chedi Andermatt was unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the stunning rooms with mountain views, every detail was pure luxury. The service was exceptional, the food outstanding and the spa absolutely amazing. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had— can’t wait to return!

Amazing Deluxe Suite! We have been with my dog and the Hotel was absolutely pet friendly with also a Pets Menu in the room ! Very nice and relaxing SPA area, swimming pool outdoor/indoor for adults only from 7pm as well. Only negative note is on the view from our room that was not so great since we were at first floor only and with the mountains mostly covered by the building in front of the balcony.

World class resort. Will be returning. Only complaint is the change to an Omakase only menu for The Japanese Restaurant, and the room above the underground parking was quite noisy with cars and bikes. There were plenty of vacant rooms, it would have been nice to stay on a quieter side.

What a luxurious, friendly and well equipped hotel. We couldn’t recommend it more highly - from the moment we arrived to check in we knew we had made the right decision. The place is the height of luxury, our suite was simply superb and the dining experience, spa and treatments and staff were absolutely wonderful. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a luxury break
