Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help and friendly too. Love the design and size of this hotel, the only problem is the shower head in the bathroom, a bit weak and outdated. Remember to take temperature controal unit for your air conditioner!!! We forgot to ask so the air conditioning was very strong at night. The only concern is the flies in the restaurant, since it's the only breakfast choice, and it's better if they can shut the door and turn on the air conditioner. Well, it's Queretaro in Mexico, you have to bear lots of things!! Will come back for business trip, but be aware nothing around this hotel, if you want to go to downtown Queretaro, it's $250 peso and takes about 20 mins.

Un hotel muy cómodo para descansar si estás de viaje.

Las habitaciones son de dos pisos arriba una cama y abajo otro solo tenía clima la de arriba en particular ese día hizo mucho calor luego a josnpasaron a varias habitaciones y no les funcionaban el clima tuvimos que dormir con unos ventiladores por q el clima nunca abasteció pésimo servicio luego las almohadas con cabellos

Las instalaciones muy maltratadas, poca atención en aspectos importantes, habia muchas telarañas, se sentia polvo en la habitación y muebles

Booked two rooms. Very nice rooms, however they were extremely dirty with dust. In one of the rooms, the bed was made but the sheets were obviously not changed. Lipstick, wrinkled sheets with body indentations in them and hand towel in bathroom was dirty too. It’s sad because the rooms were very nice, they are just not properly cleaned. I will not stay there again.

I love the place. Close to the airport. Service was outstanding. Restaurant was convenient. I need more towels paper in the bathroom instead of just one roll. Overall good place to staying

The room was HUGE and comfortable. This was a great place to stay near the Querétaro airport. Easy 25 minute drive to the airport.

Buenas habitaciones

Customer service by front desk was outstanding! Hotel is located in bit of remote area just outside of city. Front desk arranged taxi pickup at 3 AM to airport. All went very well thanks to outstanding service.

I really don’t like leaving poor reviews but Latit just wasn’t up to par in any sense. Rooms were filthy (walked around barefoot for 30s and our feet were black, sheets had dirt streaks like they’d been dragged on floor before being put on bed, surfaces were covered with hair and dust). TV remote didn’t work, AC remote was gone so we couldn’t use it despite the hot room. Property has potential but ownership needs to step up their game to realize it.

Great stay.

Esta a lado de la carretera y las ventanitas no cierran bien entonces habia mucho ruido. No hay cortinas y huele malísimo.

MUY LINDAS HABITACIONES Y CONFORTABLES NOS FACILITARON LAS OPCIONES DE ENVIO DE COMIDA

La propiedad esta bellisima y muy aplia, pero la limpieza no es muy buena y el rudo de los camiones que pasan es terrible.
