Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help and friendly too. Love the design and size of this hotel, the only problem is the shower head in the bathroom, a bit weak and outdated. Remember to take temperature controal unit for your air conditioner!!! We forgot to ask so the air conditioning was very strong at night. The only concern is the flies in the restaurant, since it's the only breakfast choice, and it's better if they can shut the door and turn on the air conditioner. Well, it's Queretaro in Mexico, you have to bear lots of things!! Will come back for business trip, but be aware nothing around this hotel, if you want to go to downtown Queretaro, it's $250 peso and takes about 20 mins.

Both reserved rooms were not clean, dirty sheets and bathroom. We didn’t get to our room until late and was too tired to even have to deal with it, which I shouldn’t have in the first place.

Clean room and very beautiful architecture. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed at 3:00. I had seen it advertised that it was open until 9:00. Uber to town took 45 minutes because of traffic. This location is not very convenient. The pool was closed too. Not very many people were here so we did have privacy. The hotel aspect was lovely but calling it a resort is an oversell.

Hotel is located beside an interstate highway, where you simply pull over and drive off the edge. Arriving after sunset meant it was pitch black and there was no lights on the hotel. We actually drove past the hotel but were able to drive against traffic on the shoulder’s edge to find a dark opening that led to a large courtyard of the hotel. The superior king was equipped with one room with a king bed, chair and tv inside the entrance and up the stairs on the second level a king bed, tv and washroom. The rooms were cold and sterile with towels for 1 person if their routine was to use one for their hair. The was described up to 4 people but charged roughly an additional 25 canadian dollars for the 3rd adult. Having only one bathroom on the upper floor we had to leave the bathroom light one so our friend could navigate up the stairs without tripping or falling. The pool was closed.

This was such a nice place. It had amazing rooms, a refreshing pool, and excellent staff. I will be coming back!

En general es muy buen lugar si vas al aeropuerto, está a pie de carretera, es seguro, tranquila y el personal muy amable y atento. Muy recomendable y a un excelente precio.

Beautiful hotel but on the freeway.

The parking area was fine. The night attendant was very nice. The A/C was really great.

The Hotel restaurant and the front desk was great.

Stayed here the night before an early flight out. The complex is nice, but right off the highway and didn't seem to have much around it. The lower level had no air and the frosted glass on the front doors let in lots of light while trying to sleep. We weren't given a remote for the AC unit upstairs. Otherwise, place was huge and in good condition. It was nice finding a place with two king beds.
