Bad when I check in, to much procedure. He not believe me if I already paid.

We have booked three rooms on September 27th, but after we arrived, the front desk said that we had not received the payment and asked for the deposit. The deposit was not returned until we left on October 7th, which delayed us a lot of time to go to the airport. Please find out the reason and return the deposit, thank you.

I stayed for 5 days 4 nights. before I go to delhi, I contacted Shivam and asked for the transport from airport to holiday inn, and she has just booked their cab to pick me up (free). The room was really comfy, spacious and clean. I had a really pleasant days in Holiday inn. Breakfast was all tasty, great and served with love!. The service was impeccable. All the hotel staffs were so nice, kind and helpful, even they know what I really like. I love coffee and one of the hotel staff, Vinod was so kind, he readily served me coffee in a paper cup to take away soon after I finished my breakfast. There were many choices of food, indian, western and japanasse. Paneer paratha with dahi or yogurt plain is one of my favorite indian dishes. Besides breakfast, the gym and swimming pool facility were also great, completed with steam and sauna room. The hotel is located near metro aerocity station (only takes around 5 min walking) so you could travel easily to the center of Delhi by train. I would really like to recommend this hotel to everyone who will stay in Delhi, and sure will come back again.

Breakfast variety and display need to be improved. Staying more then 3 days gets boring
