不小心訂到兩人房,還好服務人員讓我們補兩人差價,順利入住,服務很好,有接送服務

酒店位置佳，距離碼頭只是5分鐘途程，亦很好找。前台有能說普通話的服務員，更細心地輔以地圖介紹了一些關門比較晚的食肆，很讚！以房價論，值得推薦！

該有的都有 離表參道很近 到車站有飯店免費接駁車 早餐蠻豐富的 可惜大浴場不是溫泉 但也很乾淨 整體而言蠻推薦住宿的

在宮島兩天一夜的體驗讓我覺得這間飯店的人服務親切又可愛，實在讓人想再去第二次，真的沒甚麼好挑剔的，行李與嬰兒推車都會幫你帶至房間，進房後還會向你介紹飯店，而且茶水點心已經備好，和式早餐讓人覺得很貼心，連嬰兒用餐椅都準備好了，是會讓人想再去一次的地方。

酒店環境都很舒適, 但有點舊舊的感覺. 早上的早餐也很豐富, 員工很親切有禮呢. 美中不足就是房間毛巾不足, 一般酒店龐有大毛巾, 小毛巾及地下毛巾. 但這間酒店是沒有的. 只有兩條薄薄的溫泉毛巾呢.

浴室設施舊了些, 和室房間適合家庭住宿, 整體住宿還算舒適. 沒有去泡湯所以無從評論. 早餐普通. 沒有網路.

環境舒適，服務細心，在沒有預約的情況下，主動提供車輛接送來往碼頭。即使是步行前往碼頭也只需5-10分鐘! 職員有禮，能以簡單英語作溝通。 因暑假期間有台灣留學生在酒店實習，故在我們的早、晚餐時，負責人主動安排他們為我們提供服務，方便大家溝通。

入住後,飯店服務人員幫我們備茶;日式房間很乾靜,很舒適;大浴場雖然沒有很大,但泡完很舒適;早上的和式早餐很豐盛也很好吃.

The location is ver beautiful

If you’re looking to experience a traditional Japanese stay, with a Ryokan feel this place has it. Amazing service and amenities, including the Yakutas in the room that I regret not buying. Clean and beautiful. The public onsen was lovely and quiet, there is also an option to book a private onsen slot for no extra fee. The island is amazing and the oysters (however you like them) are a must-try.

객실은 오래되어 보이지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 또한 직원들도 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the view on the small sun porch. But by far the most amazing aspect of our visit was the dining option. We signed up for the breakfast and dinner, and they were five star restaurant worthy. An incredible delightful assortment of delicious dishes at every meal. Don’t miss it!

Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The kaiseki meals were huge and tasty.

El cuarto es un cuarto japonés tradicional, duermes en el piso literal, al llegar no están las camas, pero en la noche ellos arreglan el cuarto y verás tu tatami, una cama en el suelo, el olor y todo el ambiente es vivir en un cuarto tradicional japonés, la experiencia es increíble.
