不小心訂到兩人房,還好服務人員讓我們補兩人差價,順利入住,服務很好,有接送服務

酒店位置佳，距離碼頭只是5分鐘途程，亦很好找。前台有能說普通話的服務員，更細心地輔以地圖介紹了一些關門比較晚的食肆，很讚！以房價論，值得推薦！

該有的都有 離表參道很近 到車站有飯店免費接駁車 早餐蠻豐富的 可惜大浴場不是溫泉 但也很乾淨 整體而言蠻推薦住宿的

在宮島兩天一夜的體驗讓我覺得這間飯店的人服務親切又可愛，實在讓人想再去第二次，真的沒甚麼好挑剔的，行李與嬰兒推車都會幫你帶至房間，進房後還會向你介紹飯店，而且茶水點心已經備好，和式早餐讓人覺得很貼心，連嬰兒用餐椅都準備好了，是會讓人想再去一次的地方。

酒店環境都很舒適, 但有點舊舊的感覺. 早上的早餐也很豐富, 員工很親切有禮呢. 美中不足就是房間毛巾不足, 一般酒店龐有大毛巾, 小毛巾及地下毛巾. 但這間酒店是沒有的. 只有兩條薄薄的溫泉毛巾呢.

浴室設施舊了些, 和室房間適合家庭住宿, 整體住宿還算舒適. 沒有去泡湯所以無從評論. 早餐普通. 沒有網路.

環境舒適，服務細心，在沒有預約的情況下，主動提供車輛接送來往碼頭。即使是步行前往碼頭也只需5-10分鐘! 職員有禮，能以簡單英語作溝通。 因暑假期間有台灣留學生在酒店實習，故在我們的早、晚餐時，負責人主動安排他們為我們提供服務，方便大家溝通。

入住後,飯店服務人員幫我們備茶;日式房間很乾靜,很舒適;大浴場雖然沒有很大,但泡完很舒適;早上的和式早餐很豐盛也很好吃.

The staff was amazing, the location was central to the shopping street, Omotesando and their dinner/breakfast were delicious. I can't think of a reason not to stay at this hotel!!

Really great stay in Miyajima! The hotel was clean and quiet, with all the amenities provided, including yukata and sandals. The hot bath was good and the food was amazing and plentiful! The staff were also incredibly helpful in accommodating one of our children's allergies, which was a great relief. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på Miyajima Hotel Makoto. Hotellet har en klassisk stil, og selv om deler av interiøret er litt datert, bidrar det til en autentisk og sjarmerende atmosfære. Det er mange vakre kunstgjenstander og tradisjonelle bilder som gir hotellet særpreg. Både fellesområdene og det rommet vårt i japansk stil, var svært rene og godt vedlikeholdt. Vi satte også stor pris på den fine onsen, som var et perfekt sted å slappe av etter en dag med sightseeing. Rommet vårt hadde en nydelig utsikt over sjøen, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra spesielt. Det som virkelig gjorde inntrykk, var personalet. Alle vi møtte var svært vennlige, imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte, og de fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi benyttet verken frokost eller middag på hotellet, så det kan vi ikke vurdere. Alt i alt er dette et hotell vi gjerne anbefaler til andre som ønsker en tradisjonell japansk hotellopplevelse på Miyajima.

Great location and they gave us a lift to the train station. Of you tell them before they can pick up too.

The hotel was sort of a hybrid between a large hotel with ammenities and a small traditional ryokan. If you are looking for the most traditional ryokan, I'm sure you can find something more to that taste. The room was great - very large with sliding doors separating the spaces. Breakfast was good. I didn't eat dinner. I stayed 2 nights and it was great to be on Miyajima early morning and night. If you decide not to include breakfast, Miyajima does have good breakfast options and of course many dinner ones.

El personal fue muy atento todo el tiempo. Nos dieron una guía de lugares a los que podíamos ir y cosas que hacer en la isla. La habitación es tradicional y amplia.

This was a lovely property, all be it a little bit of a hike to get to from the ferry with luggage. We didn’t know when we would be arriving time wise so we couldn’t pre advise the hotel staff who have a shuttle service available. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. This was our second time staying in a ryokan so we had some idea of what to expect. We lovely the smell of the tatami mats and the feel of the, underfoot. But for those unaware, the traditional futon you sleep on is barely a couple of inches thick and laid straight onto the mats. We were fortunate with this one that there were spares in the cupboard so we each had 2-3 mats each, plus used every single spare bit of sleeping material (quilts, pillows, etc) to try and bolster up the beds. It was better, but my goodness, at the end of the day you still feel like you are just sleeping on the floor. Unless you have a particularly light and tiny frame, be prepared for a poor night sleep. Otherwise, great location and everyth8ng was very clean. The view was also amazing!

The shower pressure is excellent All stuff are kind and welcome feel The location near seaport and convenience store , Lawson . We stay a Japanese style room was a nice and clean . You can see a retro Japanese style bath tub and bathroom . My son and I have a good experience !
