Fácil acesso, quarto limpo e arejado! Recepcionista atenciosa!

The staff is here is absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. Everything was nice and clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but for what you pay and for the location, it didn’t matter as much. It was a great place to sleep after long hiking days.

You have a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast is very good. There are many options including chopped eggs, meat, cheese, cereal, toast, loaf cake, fruit, and tea&coffee. The people at reception are really nice and can help you with anything you need. And the place is clean with common lounge areas. I recommend staying here.

Were very kind and helpful when I had to abruptly find lodging after leaving a bed bug filled place around midnight

Wifi not available in the rooms and very poor in the lobby.

Room and breakfast fine, but no usable internet even in the common room

Great location, very walkable to the start of many hiking trails, supermarkets, food, etc.. Beds were Ok, but the pillows were really uncomfortable and no additional pillows were provided despite requests. We had an issue with the hot water in our shower from day 1 (had to shower with cold water) and the staff were helpful in providing alternatives (for day 2 - shower in the common area bathroom) and ultimately changing rooms (on day 3). Overall, an ok stay in a wonderful town.

Very clean and the staffs are very nice

The place was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The extra bed for our child was great.

Localização fantástica. A pousada tem uma vista linda para o Fitz Roy. Nota 10 pela atenção e educação dos funcionários, limpeza excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Ficamos 2 diárias e ganhamos uma garrafa de espumante de cortesia. Adorei tudo!!

The internet service was pretty horrible. So it was difficult to get work done.

La atención en recepción excelente, te ayudan con todas las dudas sobre los senderos, Luch, desayuno, etc. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda para descanso y limpia.

Hotel confortável. Café da manhã bom. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Só a internet mesmo que é muito ruim, praticamente inexistente. Mas parece ser um problema geral em toda a cidade de El Chaltén.

Everything was fine except for the Internet which was low in the rooms and in the common area.

Limpeza deixava a desejar

Good location, great breakfast selections, internet is slow but that’s the problem of the whole area.
