附近有太多酒吧，過分嘈吵，還有警車和救護車到場，室內環境正常，但是有很多蚊，有一堆，同一層也有很多其他住客，隔音很差，聽到外面在唱歌，大聲聊天等等的，根本睡不到

Bed and pillows are too soft and dirty. Basically well equipped but furniture are old. Rooms are not so clean. Nice location, so much restaurants and shops nearby. Staffs are very nice.

地點很方便，市中心，附近多店鋪，行碼頭不太遠。單位很大很舒服，適合一家大少，乾淨整潔，有齊廚房餐具，空間十足。

Great communication from host. Great for what we needed for the night. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Coffee, tea and milk which was a nice touch. Only problem was it was quiet noisy at night due to the proximity to clubs but with earplugs in it wasn't a problem.

Close to shops and restaurants and easy check in but not suitable for families. Whole apartment was vibrating with loud music from adjacent club all night, doors slamming in the corridor, drinks split on the floor in communal areas, shouting from both inside and outside the building loud enough to wake everyone until 4am. WiFi intermittent and needed to keep signing up. Room was 4/5 cleanliness, missing drawer handles, dish washer not working. I think if on a stag or hen party then good location and amenities but I will not be returning.

The room was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Perfect for a family of two! The kids adored and enjoyed the place. The best part is that it is conveniently located near everything.

Room was clean we were upgraded to larger apartment (10) before check in so very spacious. Stayed as family for theatre trip after Christmas, the location is very central but next to nightclubs so it was loud! This is clearly aimed at groups for clubbing, you could see some wear and tear to walls and furniture in the apartment.

The smell from the drain in the bathroom was unbearable, it made the bathroom unusable. I sent a message to epic but was not responded to. Overall the apartment was very tired, holes in carpets, sofa stained, stains on tiles in bathroom, seating area broken. The was also a terrible smell of sick. We stayed with family and it is clearly not for that purpose

Too noisy. The description on Hotels.com doesn't mention that it is right above 2 night clubs. Good location for teenagers going out on a party but not adapted to a family trip.
