早餐不錯~ 周邊還算安全

近地鐡站，周邊很多吃的店，免費停車位但有點窄。只給了我們一張房卡但看見給別人都是兩張，我們問才再給一張。對別的客人都馬上回應，但對我們總是先等等。

Buena ubicación y buen relación costó / beneficio

Staff was friendly, easy check in, located near a lot of things.

My stay was very good, staff were helpful, accommodating, friendly, easy to communicate with and overall just a really positive experience. Location was convenient, easy walk to train station, restaurants and all amenities. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was always sufficient, tasty and with varieties. I highly recommend Novotel for your stay in Panama. Much acknowledgement to these staff Adella, Diego, Wanda, Duvan and Javier.

Only stay 1 night But overall good

Hotel antigo e com conservação apenas razoável. Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Fora do padrão de outras unidades da rede que tive o prazer de hospedar. Além disso, ao efetuar o check-in, depois de uma viagem cansativa durante a noite e chegar ao hotel com antecedência de 3 horas, embora tivesse unidade disponível, nao nos foi permitido check-in mais cedo sem o pagamento de U$ 44. Como a saida seria às 7:00 horas após 3 noites de hospedagem, o hotel poderia abrir uma exceção. Entendo as regras do hotel, mas em situação semelhante, outros concorrentes agiram com mais cortesia. Serve como parâmetro em futuras escolhas.

This is a nice hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and was upgraded to a junior suite. Spacious room and bathroom. Highly recommend.

Super estadia, check in super profesional, habitación grande, cama grande y confortable. Todo limpio, muchas eleciones de desayuno. Diego de la recepción fue muy atendido.

Personnel were friendly, helpful and spoke English.
