Poor service and dirty

God service, vennlig personale. Veldig bra frokost og perfekt beliggenhet på hotellet. Dessverre litt skyggefullt i bassengområdet på dagtid.

Everything was great, the room, the staff, the location. Only downside was the pool and beach weren't always in the sun as there's a huge building beside it.

Beautiful location, fantastic staff. In the winter the buildings next to the hotel take a lot of the sun. Would definitely stay again.

더블트리 바이 힐튼 두바이를 2일 예약 하고 결제 하고 갔습니다. 체크인을 하려는데 갑자기 누가 와서 예약이 꽉 찾다고 다른 호텔을 안내 했습니다. 출장 중이라 다른 호텔을 알아 볼 여력이 없어서 동의 했습니다. 힐튼 두바이 더 워크에서 묶었습니다. 거기 까지는 상관 없었습니다. 시차 때문에 새벽 2시에 깨서 샤워를 하는데 욕실에 물이 배수가 되지 않았고, 세탁기가 작동하지 않았습니다. 새벽 두시에 엔지니어 들이 제 방을 점령 했습니다. 15년 만에 찾은 두바이에서 잊지 못 할 경험을 하고 갑니다.

Beech and pool areas don’t get the sun Big hotel next door blocks the sun

Most amazing place to stay on Jumeirah beach. Rooms are very spacious and poolside food was great. Rooms are cleaned every day and the view is great. Can see the drone show form the beach. Gastro’s breakfast was very delicious and also fresh every morning. Also had a change in variety daily which helps when you are staying for a while. Wish could have stayed even longer ! The staff was always so polite and attentive. Merina and Sandi were great. Merina remembered our room number in the morning and would sit us at our usual table. Grounds are clean and beach is lovely. Able to access water sports right in front of hotel. Took the tram every where as could walk to it in about 6-7 minutes. Front desk will call a taxi if needed. Thank you Jesse and Heba Restaurants and shops are very close by with a lot of choices to satisfy every palate. Dubai is wonderful with way too much to do. Will stay in my heart forever. What makes Dubai great are the people of UAE. Thanks again for a great vacation !

Das Hotel war an sich gut bis sehr gut nur konnte man nicht an den pool sich sonnen da das hotel nebenan im weg steht und kaum sonne da ist also wirklich nix an sonne der schrank im hotel war defekt es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht nur so schnell schnell und die bettlacken wurden zum teil nicht gewechselt aber im gross und ganzen war es okey

Stayed here 6 nights. Positives are the staff, they make you feel welcome and are very helpful. Rooms are spacious although lacked a fridge. Negatives - location, hotel is based end off The Walk. The pool and beach area is in virtual shade most of the day not very good for sunbathing. There is also a lot of traffic noise. Food was average, little invention with similar dishes most nights. Also temperate of food was luke warm. Would’nt stay again.
