非常好的住宿體驗，在進到房間之後發現沒有浴缸後，我提出希望住在有浴缸的房型，服務人員很快速的幫我處理，並帶我們看了兩個房間來做選擇，最後我選了一間帶浴缸且有小陽台的房間，房間寬敞能輕鬆把行李箱打開，早上還可以打開陽台享受里斯本早晨的空氣與街景。 每天晚上五點前清潔人員會把房間收拾乾淨 ，床柔軟舒適我住在這裡的四個晚上躺到床上都一下子就睡着了，住宿早餐提供的卡布奇諾很好喝，第二天吃到蛋塔讓我印象深刻，服務人員熱情又有禮貌，若有機會再來訪，我一樣會選擇這間飯店！

二戰後就沒有再興建翻修整個國家看起來就是舊舊但非常有味道 他的早餐卻是很好吃😋雖然品項不多但是食材新鮮可口

地點非常便利在市中心，離酒店二分鐘就有地鐵，周圍有很多餐廳和有一個市集，離凱旋門也不遠。接待我們的員工非常熱情，因我們兩間房分了不同樓層，所以幫我們升級了，還親自帶我們去到每個房間介紹房間的功能，還介紹了一家很棒的餐廳給我們，非常好吃！房間乾淨舒適和洗手間比一般的酒店大。整個洒店的員工都非常熱情有禮，為這家酒店有這樣的員工感到驕傲。

非常非常好的旅館。房間新穎乾淨。尤其細節周到貼心。服務人更是非常棒。地點近里斯本最大火車站Rossio 步行2分鐘。太棒了。我如果回到里斯本。一定會再來

西班牙+葡萄牙共入住過3間同級酒店, 以呢間葡萄牙酒店最好, 近機場巴士, 火車和Metro, 很方便, 員工服務態度十分好, 又有welcome cake, 走廊和房間充滿香味, 隔音不錯很靜, 自助早晨亦很好味, 隔日有mini葡撻, 房間足夠空間, 床也很好睡, 唯一覺得企缸略小, 其他也沒有問題

The hotel is very close to the down town of Lisbon. There are metro/train stations, shops, super market and restaurants near to it. The disadvantage of this hotel is that there is metro railway under the building. Hence, when a metro is passing, you can hear the sound making by metro and feel the building is shaking.

Large beautiful rooms, great staff, excellent recommendations for dinner by staff.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate. The manager of the restaurant (Celia) was so efficient, and she and the staff were so welcoming. She even remembered our names after the first morning. Other staff in the hotel were also so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing room, the staff were very friendly and helpful. You got a welcome and farewell gift. Central position, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located and staff are extremely pleasant. We were surprised by turn down service, local pastry pastel de nada, and cherry liquor to make our own nighttime cocktail. The receptionist was great with recommendations and a marked map.

A beautiful and welcoming hotel that is very well located for visiting Lisbon. The hotel staff provided excellent service. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous little hotel hidden away behind a big expensive monstrosity. Fabulous, great breakfast and superb room. easy walking to most of central Lisbon
