Excellent property! Love that they always have fresh water by the reception, there is a supermarket close by, we felt very safe and comfortable walking everyday. The staff always courteous and avaible for every need. I will recommend this place to my family and friends everytime they go to pairis

We had a pleasant stay with my family. The location also good with amenities like supermarket and tram station was pretty close to the property. Value for money and perfect stay for families.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Quick walk to the nearest metro. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Will definitely be returning

Great value.

Staff was incredibly helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service competed daily but tasks not consistent.

The location was quiet and had leafy areas to walk and relax in nearby, but was very convenient for getting in and out of the city either by tram or train. It was also easy to find places to eat and buy groceries. The room was clean and well-equipped, and given how hot it was, we were very glad of the efficient air con! The staff were helpful and there was always someone on hand to answer questions.

Lovely property - great to have essentials like a pharmacy and a grocery store just over the road. Just out of the way enough that the area seemed quite quiet during the Olympics, with only a short 10-15 minute walk to Issy val de Seine train station which can get you to the heart of Paris very quickly. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the room and area. Convenient to have a grocery store right across the street to save on food costs we cooked breakfast and dinner at the apartment. Only issue is the lack of cooking pots. The most annoying thing was the communication with the front desk and house keeping. We had to keep asking them to provide us with fresh towels ,sugar and coffee for our room when that should be standard during the house keeping process. The staff wasn’t friendly the first two nights of our stay but the third day the front desk had more pleasant people. Getting an Uber to come to the hotel was very inconvenient and they kept cancelling the ride that ended up costing more in Uber fees. The apartment itself was nice but the balcony needed some TLC. It was green and slimy so we never used it.

The hotel was totally fine for me. I was rarely in the room on this trip but it was clean and had what I needed. The staff was nice-when I arrived they were having to deal with an unhappy trio and even through the language barriers they were really great dealing with that.

Nice hotel , kitchenette had everything you needed. Check the list before you stay. We didn’t see this inside the cupboard and realised we had no pots no pans , only few cutlery. They brought pans to us immediately. Really nice place to stay , nice hallway separating bathroom from bedroom, spacious apartment. Will book again

Great location!

Location is good. Room a/c didn't work and room was hot like sauna. There was standing water outside the room which breed mosquitoes so could not even keep window open.

I love staying here because I feel safe and it is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff were helpful , The polish lady was so nice she gave an excellent customer service.

It was not explained that breakfast was included ? so we only ate there once so that was a waste. When checking I tried to get a room change smaller as my daughter's had extended there stay and we did not need a bigger room, not sure the desk clerk understood kept the room anyway. The place it self is good, quiet area close to T2,
