Everything was SPECTACULAR!! The Staff, the hotel, the food, the views were 10/10

Magnifique hôtel en front de mer. Avec une petite plage disponible juste en bas. Excellent service et de belles prestations. Loin de l’agitation mais en même temps proche de la vieille ville.

Second time staying here as a solo female, lovely hotel, feel so safe, all the staff are amazing, price is very reasonable and located in a quieter area of Ibiza so not loud and rowdy. Pool is perfect, also has an indoor pool, sauna, the bar is nice and you can walk up the boardwalk and fine more restaurants and bars. I will be back again :)

In un’ottima zona di Ibiza vicino alla marina di Botafoch con una bellissima vista mare e sulla parte storica di Ibiza. Personale cortese, zone comuni in ottimo stato e efficiente il servizio bar e ristorazione nella terrazza esterna. Essenziale ma comoda la zona piscina con il servizio asciugamani. Unica nota negativa: ho soggiornato in una stanza standard con vista sul retro dell’hotel e nel palazzo davanti vi erano dei rumorosi lavori già dal mattino presto: vista l’entità dei lavori sarebbe stato opportuno avvisare preventivamente in modo da poter effettuare un upgrade sulle bellissime stanze vista mare sull’altro lato del hotel! Da tornarci… Con stanza vista mare!

We stayed at Simbad Hotel for 6 nights. The room was clean, and the staff cleaned it every day, which I appreciated. The view from the hotel is fantastic—you can see the Mediterranean—and the location is great for walking, with a road along the sea. The vibe is perfect. However, there were some negatives. On the day we stayed in a city-view room, there was a construction project in front of the hotel. Workers were active from 7 AM to 7 PM, which made it impossible to relax or sleep—definitely a disaster. Breakfast was not bad, but we had the same options for all 6 days. It would be better if they offered at least 3 different options each day.

Really lovely hotel, right on the water. Couldn’t fault the location a beautiful seafront! Staff for the most part wonderful. On arrival we were given a Pom at the back of the hotel looking out onto a building site. We asked to change room and were given a lovely seafront room. Last day we had a late flight and asked for a late checkout but were told it would be 20 euros per hour - more than the nightly rate. It seemed a shame we couldn’t keep our room as the hotel was at low occupancy and would have made our last day much easier. We were given the spa to use to shower but this space in my opinion was not a nice space - a bit dirty, dank and smelly with lights not working! Cleaning staff were lovely and the staff in general were friendly and helpful. The overall feel of the hotel is bright and spacious!

Ich war nun zum 3. Mal im Hotel Simbad, jedes Mal bin ich vom tollen und sehr aufmerksamen Service begeistert. Die Lage und der Blick sind unschlagbar und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Tatsache, dass man bis 11 Uhr frühstücken und auf der herrlichen Terrasse den Blick genießen kann, ist wirklich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Immer wieder gerne ins Hotel Simbad

I loved how close but yet not so close the hotel was to the city center and being waterfront was definitely a plus! I do believe with a bit of more upkeep they can do so much more better. The hotel staff at the reception were great and always so quick with helping with everything needed. The pool definitely needs some work.

Simbad is well located - though the beach in front of hte hotel doesn't have the cleanest water. The pool loungers and pool area is very basic. There are some nice and relaxed restaurants a short, beautiful, walk away.

We had a lovely stay, the view is amazing and the rooms are very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. All the staff are very friendly and very clean hotel. We had the terrace view. It was amazing.

Hotel renovado, com ótimas condições. Pessoal ativo e super atencioso. Região muito calma e próxima ao centro. Visual lindo, infelizmente a praia em frente, apesar de linda, não é muito convidativa para tomar banho. A piscina é ok. Nosso quarto era de costas pro mar, o que sim foi uma pena, mas foi a tarifa que peguei.
