隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！

Very good. Cheap price. Easy to go from/to everywhere by train/metro.

No elevator, stairs only... The room for 4 people is not bad.

Friendly Staffs but very dated facility. It is best to describe this hotel as a Bed and Breakfast. The hotel is fairly small and there is only 2 stories with no elevator. The included breakfast is really nice. They will make your coffee the way you wanted and there are plenty of pastries and breakfast items to choose from. The rooms and hallway, however are a different story. The room I stayed in can really use a facelift. The walls are uneven with visible water damage. The bathroom's towel warmer has visible rust. The shower tiles are uneven and poor workmanship. There is this bidet next to the toilet that is taking up a lot of space and it is kind of unpleasant to look at (for someone unfamiliar with it). The room floor is really old vinyl floor. There is a lack of electrical outlets. Only 1 outlet is next to the night stand and it is loose. However, the bed is clean and reasonably comfortable. Even without doing major renovation. I think the hotel could at least improve some small area. Like replacing the rusty towel rack. Provide USB port that has modern fast charging since there is no universal electrical outlet offered. (If you are staying there, be sure to bring a travel adapter) The area is fine. The hotel is within walking distance to Metro. There are 2 grocery stores close by. One of them is even 24 hours operated. Not a lot of good restaurants in the area but good enough for a quick bite.

Equipe extremamente atenciosa. Todos, sem exceções. Localização excelente, perto de um metrô e de um trem regional (que vai até o aeroporto, por exemplo). Rua bem tranquila e silenciosa. Tem até mercados próximos e restaurantes locais. O quarto é simples, pequeno mas funcional. Não há elevadores. Café da manhã muito bom.

Breakfast was okay but very dated decor and noisy with uncomfortable beds.

O hotel fica em uma região não turística, o bairro não é tão bonito mas ele fica ao lado de uma estação de trem e uma estação de metro, a localização é excelente, os funcionarios do Hotel todos foram um amor, em especial o atendente Lucca que menino mais gentil! Nós adoramos, excelente custo e benefício

Un hotel con una buena relación precio-calidad! Todo el personal muy amable y cerca de la estación de Tren Tuscolana. Es fácil llegar y también conectar desde ahí a Roma Termini.

We enjoyed our stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center. Lots of options to eat within walking distance. Close to metro with easy access to all attractions. The staff here are excellent and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. They make a lot of the pastries and yogurt in house! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great staff and hospitality. Very clean and well run. They let us leave our bags after checkout until late in the day when we left for our flight. Thanks for a great stay Hotel Tuscolana!

We stayed in the family room for 3 nights. The room was modern and clean with a great shower. We had the room configured as a double and two singles. The room was a bit small but ok for a 8 and 5 year old for a short stay. You might find yourself short of space with older children. Breakfast was ok, the pastries juice and coffee were great but the did run out towards the end of breakfast. The location was brilliant, close to both the rail line and the metro A line, with some lovely family restaurants within walking distance.

Metro station is near, so easy to move to the center. Staff is really kind

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is excellent—just 200 meters from the metro station and 40 meters from a bus stop, making it very easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

Hotel bem localizado, fácil acesso a transportes públicos que levam direto aos pontos históricos de Roma. Embora antigo, o prédio é bem conservado. Equipe atenciosa e educada. Bom custo-beneficio (700)

It was just a bit noisy in terms of being able to hear activity in other rooms. Otherwise pleasant.
