We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious enough. We were given 6 bottles of water every day. The staff were friendly. We felt so cared for when we returned to our room, given a small surprise of a plate of fruit with a thank you note from the hotel, for our long stay. Breakfast with a variety of food choices that were quite extensive and tasted delicious. A unique first experience when ordering food at MeiTuan, the hotel staff used a robot to deliver it right in front of our room door. We felt like we were staying at a five-star hotel! There was one small drawback, on the last day of our stay, the hotel did not provide drinking water, tea and coffee sachets anymore. Thank you Holiday Inn Hongqiao, Shanghai!
