No tiene TV por cable

Las instalaciones están viejas. No hay internet en el hotel, en teoría tienen varias redes pero mal funcionan. En la habitación definitivamente no ha, en la alberca es intermitente. Es un hotel caro para lo que te ofrece. Estuvimos ayer en la alberca y nadie fue para ir a ver si se nos ofrecía algo. Les comentamos del internet dos veces y parece que no fue tomado en serio. Tuvimos que pedir agua, no nos dejaron. Hay cápsulas Para el café, pero no cafetera. Con el precio por noche, deberías tener al Menos un par de cafés como cortesía. El camastro de la habitación está roto

The room was good, spotless and staff was courteous, breakfast was delicious.

Staff was great and room was really nice . It's out of the way of the action of La Paz so I wish the food was better and more affordable. Service and pools and view are awesome

The location is amazing. Rooms was nice. Clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. My only complaint was the wifi signal was very weak. I could only access anything from the lobby... so that was a little frustrating. But all around a good stay

It's an older Hotel. So, things are starting to show some normal wear. The room was clean and the staff was exceptional.

A public beach between hotel and sea. We stayed 2 nights - first night, had a local party in the beach with super loud music and talking until the sunrise next day. I asked hotel if we could cancel the another night but was rejected. The second night, no music but still noises from talking at the beach until 3am.

DO NOT STAY HERW IF YOU PLAN TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!! We checked in on New Year’s eve with the intention of spending a quiet night on the balcony drinking a little wine. At 8:50pm, music from two stories below started blaring so loud we were chased inside the room where it was still extremely loud even with door closed. We asked for another room and didn’t get one, so we left and were told there would be no charge. But I followed up for several days only to be told we would be charged for our entire stay anyway. It was unreasonable amd I am still very angry.

Quiet boutique hotel. Great food and kind staff. Room was clean and overlooks peaceful pool and bay view. Stay here to get off the beaten path and enjoy some local hospitality

We had a great time here. Lovely, quiet hotel. Everyone was so friendly. Our room was great. Beautiful view. Breakfast was included, and delicious. We had the beef tacos for dinner 2 times, delicious. Good drinks too. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was good, check in went great, view from the room was fantastic The resort is dated, we were on the 4th floor and the elevator broke on the 1st day, my wife had recent knee surgery and the next 5 days had to walk up and down 108 stairs There was very spotty internet, didn’t work almost the whole stay, wouldn’t access sny electronic device or work Place is in a good spot but is in need of some repairs/upgrades, remodel for the price we paid

Beautiful, definitely 5 ⭐️ hotel

The room was clean and the Hotel was very elegant although it was kind of a faux elegance with Plastic moldings somewhat pretentious wallpaper. Disappointed that the pool was only half filled for whatever reason. The Jacuzzi on the roof terrace was marvelous.

Not near anything and pretty run-down. Staff is nice and room are clean.

Hotel viejo, no tiene playa como lo indican en su anuncio, junto al hotel hay un acceso a la playa donde desenboca aguas negras, huele mal, no había toallas en la habitación, ruidos molestos toda la noche de bombas o aires acondicionados, olor a drenaje en la habitación, no proporcionaron factura que se les pidió, el personal excelente, buena disposición.

Overall, the hotel was in a great location. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, and everything was always spotless. The bellboys and the restaurant staff were also wonderful, always friendly and attentive. However, there are two areas of opportunity. The first is the WiFi, which could be improved for a better guest experience. The second is the front desk staff. On several occasions, the two young ladies at reception seemed distracted and disengaged. There were multiple times I walked in, greeted them, and received no acknowledgment or only a brief “hello” without any eye contact. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A bit more attentiveness and genuine hospitality from the reception team would make a big difference.

Excellent property but difficult to find. Too far from malecon to walk. Very clean and well maintained by friendly staff!
