Enjoyed 2 nights there. Elevator is very small but works well. I requested a room by elevator for a knee issue and received it. Steps to medieval town, good restaurants. Laundromat across street. Excellent. Good dryers. Parking was 10 minutes away for us. Husband was ok with it. Charming personnel.

Nice and welcoming staff. The room was a bit small and a lot of stairs to get to it, but it was clean and comfortable.

Room was ridiculous faraway from entry reception Take elevator to second floor Make a right, a right and go up stairs on the left Down a corridor with dirty laundry all iver the hallway Then down a full flight of steps.

GREAT location. Quirky hotel. Building may be old but our room was very new. Staff friendly and speaks English. Breakfast was included. Good croissants (of course)

Fantastic hotel. Great room, super clean. Amazing restaurant — we had dinner two nights. Best of all: the staff. Everyone took care of us like family. We will be back.

Wonderful character property. Staff were excellent. Fantastic location. We were there during a heat wave, and no a/c, but fan in room. The positives made up for that! Highly recommend!,

Front desk was very helpful with our requests. This is a very charming hotel and is well located.

The property is conveniently located right near the medieval town center. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area. The Hotel itself is in a charming old building, but has modern conveniences. Parking across the street is free at night until 9:00 the next morning.

Liked medieval charm of building but too many stairs for elderly

Wonderful location in heart of Sarlat! Our room was spacious and well appointed for 3 people. Parking is difficult to find though and out on the street. No air conditioning- so room was hot!! Tiny elevator. Our large suitcases did not fit and we had to carry them up a long spiral staircase.
