They are helpful. The location is near the centre, just 5-10 mins walk through the Plymouth University. Single bed size is 2.5 feet only.

lovely to have breakfast in a nice decorated breakfast room. u can even buy the paintings hanging on the wall.

The room certainly needs updating, and cleaning, the flock wallpaper has dust on the upper edges of the flocking. Shower door bottom seal was falling off. One socket was unusable, no light switch reachable from the bed. However the cost was good which included breakfast and the host was friendly.

Room was a little bit outdated and needed modernising, some questionable stains on the lamp and the walls signs of damp on the ceiling, the people in the room next door constantly smoking even though the building is now smoking, towels with a little sparse but they did do bed was extremely low. Can't fault the manager absolute diamond even done a custom breakfast and was very accommodating. Everything is a short walk away which is very handy including the train station as taxi services in Plymouth are expensive and not always the mouse reliable.

Comfortable bed and good shower. Free parking at the rear of the property. Short walk to bus stop with good service.

Second week in a row here as we are working near by. Great value for money. We had breakfast this week and I must say it was of a great standard and worth the money.

The owner greeted us upon arrival and very helpful indeed.Both rooms were spotless the beds had crisp white linen.The bathroom was large with a wonderful large shower. There was 3 parking spaces to the rear of the property. Highly recommend.

Owner was charming and we got on well. Bedding and towels were v clean. The breakfast room looked more modern but I didn't use it. Overall,carpets & furnishings were dated. However I would stay there again. My friend's son has had a massive stroke & is in a care home just around the corner, so suitable to be in the area

Advertised with a bath, but had an electric shower.

Parking was limited to 3 narrow spaces at the rear of the guesthouse but there is the option of residents parking in a nearby street (we were given a residents parking permit). We were in an en-suite room in the basement, with use of the fridge and microwave in the basement kitchen area which was useful. There were a couple of cobwebs in the corners of the room but the shower, toilet, sink and bed were spotless. Breakfast was great, with a varied menu. The dining room was clean and welcoming. The guesthouse was well within walking distance of the Hoe, where we walked for dinner in the evenings. The owner could not have been more welcoming. We would stay there again. For the price we paid we were happy.
