This apartment is a bit old. Also quite strange that when we first enter the room, all appliances were unplugged. Some plugs were behind the bed which and quite difficult to access. Kitchen also are infested with cockroaches. Quite a lot of dusts and stuff. Wouldn’t recommend it if you have other alternatives.

Nice hotel for everything.

靠近海灘，望海房間景觀美，房間舒適、整潔 廚房設備齊全，唯獨連住3晚沒有添加廁所廁紙，這點並不滿意。

廚房和洗衣等方面的設施很理想、方便，空間也大，我們住在23樓，景色也不錯，離海灘也近，總體比較滿意，值得推薦。覺得不好的地方是到五點多工作人員就下班了，對於我們來說不太方便，廁所的紙巾用完了想讓他們再提供竟然沒有，但工作人員的態度還是可以的。

Close to shops and beach. Appartment was roomy but could have been cleaned better. Some things need repairing cushions on lounge dirty.

For what was advertised was not what u got underground parking was a absolute shocker, they gave us 1st cpark bay only a bike could fit 2nd time car already parked there 3rd time water leaking from pipes filling up tray of ute.Receptionist had no clue on there underground parking, sounds like she never been down there to look.😡 Apartment i thought I was catching waves carpet had more waves then the beach. Couch was better than the bed. Construction next door waking up at 5 to 5.30am daily from it, complained but she didn't care so we checked out the very next day. 🙋‍♂️😡

The apartment was clean and tidy. However, the after-hours check-in process was a bit complicated. We were also given the wrong car park space number, so we had to drive around several times trying to find a parking space that wasn’t available. It would also be helpful if the apartment provided a few basic essentials such as sugar, salt, soap, and shampoo. There were only two small milk packets provided, and one of them had already been opened. Other than these issues, our stay was good

We loved our stay at Surfers Century! The location was great for walking to beach, dining & shopping and also to visit other ocean-side towns. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Stunning view! Good communication and easy check in / out process.

Stay was just fine. The only good thing was ocean view. The house rules should be mentioned at listing websites so consumers are aware of house rules and any extra charges that can be incurred.

Clean spacious rooms, great views and welcoming, helpful staff. Great location within easy walking distance to tram stations, beaches and Northcliffe Surf Club.

The apartment was advertised with air con in the bedrooms which is not the case - I would not have booked an apartment without air con in summer - false advertising The living room was not clean on arrival with sunflower seeds all over the rug The cleaning staff should clean the vacuum between stays The cleaning staff should also empty the water in the dryer The bathroom sink in the ensuite was clogged Amenities of the premises including the pool was good

Clean room , staff amazing.

Had a few hiccups at the start with the room, was dirty in areas and missing basic essentials but they were rectified swiftly . Staff were fantastic which made a big difference . Would suggest for future that all rooms come with the bare basics of rubbish bags , washing liquid , scrubbing brushes etc

Room was large and tennis courts great! Only downside which is outside their control is it is very noisy with all the construction going on all around
