Good location, nice room and breakfast

We saw online after booking that you need to request for a room with a view, but it was too late for us. Upon check-in, the front desk lady said they have room with view available but it's about 30% price increase, so we went with our original booking. The room is a little shabby, it's dark and the small window is facing another building which is only like 2 metres next to it. The room was like a hostel room, I personally think it doesn't worth the money paid. But it was clean, and the location is good, short walking distance to restaurants and piazza di campo. Therefore, make sure you book a room with city view.

This hotel is in a great location in Siena as you can almost drive to the door (you do need to park away from the hotel) to drop off luggage and you are on the edge of the old town of Siena and its square. We had a balcony with a great view of the old town and breakfast and service from the front desk were great!

Our stay was lovely, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the Duomo, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. Breakfast was included and was plentiful

Simple yet clean room. Bedlinnen smelling fresh. Personal very friendly and speak englisch We had great view from our room City center not far. Lovely restaurants nearby. Keep in mind for people who are not very able to walk siena has roads that can be steep Wonderful city great food and friendly people Duomo is amazing

The place is amazing! It may be old, but it’s very well maintained and has so much charm. The view was absolutely wonderful and made the stay even more special. Really enjoyed my time here

Everything was walking distance from Hotel Alma Domus. Proximity to the Piazza del Duomo where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast was perfect with just the right amount of choices. The room was ideal with the most beautiful view of the Duomo.

Great hotel just wished they had mini fridgerator in rooms.

The hotel felt very old and outdated, and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay—especially when it came to sleeping.

レセプションの若い女性がとても親切でした。オペラのコンサートの予約をしてくれたりフィレンツェに戻るバスのタイムテーブルを印刷してくれました。 また朝食の際にもカプチーノにサービスなどお代わりも迅速に対応してくれました。 大聖堂が見える部屋でとても良かったです。 静かにくつろげるリビングルームも有りました。 お勧めです。 何故一つ星なのか理解出来ません。ヴェニスやフィレンツェの3星ホテルよりずっと綺麗で快適でした。
