Staff were excellent! Friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out were very quick and efficient. The room was clean and nice smelling, bed was comfortable and floor was quiet. I visited the Eclipse lounge for an after dinner snack and cocktail and then again in the morning for a quick bite for breakfast. It was pretty decent. I needed a ride to airport in the morning and it was a seamless transition; from check out to boarding shuttle bus - staff even offered to help with taking my luggage outside. Would highly recommend for any traveler.

Only bad thing was the approximately to the train tracks.

It was good. The place was clean and modern. The only thing I didn't like was this suite. Isn't a true separate living area? It's a quarter partition separating the couch from the bedrooms.

It's an airport hotel. It's clean, decent beds what more do you need. Train can be loud but no biggie.

The staff was truly amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and even played a funny joke on my daughter. The pool was warm and lovely. The restaurant staff was so kind and accommodating to my food restrictions!clet’s not forget the incredibly comfortable beds! If we ever find the need to stay in the area again this will 100% be our choice.

The room was clean but a little tight. The hotel is located near train tracks so the train whistles woke us up several times. We dined at the hotel and the food was mediocre (I sent back my brisket). The staff was friendly and the kids liked the pool.

The staff in the restaurant were excellent during the breakfast. I wish I could remember his name but he was so friendly and went above and beyond. The front desk however was not great. My daughter asked to buy a breakfast voucher for the morning before her early morning skate. He sold it to her and when she went to the breakfast room told her oh, it’s not open for another hour..: she clearly was down there to eat. He wouldn’t reimburse her. They would not accommodate keeping the room for two different recurring bookings until we asked for the manager.. maybe it was the young girls dad.. they struggled to punch in food that was ordered

Nice place! Only unfortunate thing was being woken by trains in the night but they provided ear plugs to try to help.
