Spacious, Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service We stayed at Appart'City Confort Cherbourg for one night on our journey home, and it was an excellent choice. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive both on arrival and at check-out, making us feel very welcome. Our studio apartment was much larger than we expected, with a separate seating area and TV, a comfortable double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a lovely shower. It was ideal for relaxing after a long day of travelling. The location is excellent, with easy access to the town and port, making it a very convenient place to stay before or after a ferry crossing. There is really only one area that could be improved: some form of air conditioning would make a big difference, especially during warmer weather. Apart from that, we couldn't fault our stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay and would happily choose to stay here again when travelling through Cherbourg.

It read great on reviews and ok. Noisy road out front. The room felt grotty with very tired and bare decor. All round "basic" Reception staff are kind and professional. I would not recommend.

Je voyage assez souvent, avec réservation hôtel et appart hôtel, Jamais je dis bien jamais on ne m'a laisser dans une chambre du lundi au vendredi avec seulement 1 serviette de douche ! Dommage, je réserve souvent dans cette Appart'Hotel lors de mon sejour à cherbourg. Le petit déjeuner et en fonction de ce que découvre ailleurs pour une prestation et plutôt correct, le croissant pur beurre AOP il me semble est à revoir, trop sec. Sur l'ensemble, c'est je trouve un peux trop ecolo, (pas assez d'eau lors des douches), 1 serviette pour la semaine... Jai aussi très mal dormi lors de mon séjour avec un problème fenêtre, je suis décollement haut de la fenêtre, (remarqué faite en partant,), mais bon "on va le signalé" et alors que j'ai bien souffert la nuit du bruit des mouettes et alcool de nuit... En résumer toute cette accumulation et, la serviette en supplément de 7euros alors que 4petit déjeuner et 4 parking jour payés ne passe pas et plus !! Je suis même parti 1 nuit avant la fin de mon séjour tellement je me sentais mal Pour moi je vous dit au revoir, ibis est bien mieux !!

I always stay at App City when we visit Cherbourg. It's easily found once you disembarked the ship and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. The apartments are always spotless and the car park is very reasonable. I hope to stay longer the next time we visit.

Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel bien placé et impeccable à tout les niveaux. Le personnel est au top, j avais mon train plus tôt que prévu ils n’ont pas hésité à ouvrir le petit déjeuner en avance spécialement pour nous. Ce genre d attention se perd dans l’hôtellerie classique. Y aller sans hésitation

Personnel sympa et studios bien placés

Bon séjour ! Super chambre appart assez récent et spacieux. Arrivée à toute heure vraiment pratique. Il est possible de se garer gratuitement en bas. Seuls bémols : rideaux laisse passer la lumière, le matelas un peu dur, il faisait chaud en fin d'aprem (mois de mai, au 5e).

Pour débuter le séjour, le personnel à l'accueil est très avenant. Nous avons été accueilli avec des sourires et beaucoup de gentillesse. Le chien a même eu son petit cadeau de bienvenue. Suite à une erreur lors de ma réservation, une modification a dû être apportée. Ç'a été fait immédiatement et toujours avec le sourire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. Nous étions proche du centre ville et du port, nous avons pu tout faire à pied

This hotel is ideally located. Walking distance from the ferry terminal and the town, which boasts great cafe's, restaurants, shops and museums. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It would of been nice to of had a little bit more of a choice for breakfast and could of been a bit better priced. Otherwise, it is a great hotel, rooms are a good size, quiet and great views. We will be staying there again for sure.

Hôtel très bien équipé et confortable, à 10 minutes de marche du centre ville. Personnel adorable du début à la fin. Je reviendrai !
