飯店雖有提供免費無線網路服務,卻一直連不上線!! 然而即使飯店工作人員竭盡全力協助,最後卻仍徒勞無功. 畢竟在羅馬這個古城,即使旅客退而求其次使用自己攜帶的網路設備, 終究在石造建築的室內是完全無法接收訊號的........ 因此只能仰賴飯店提供的設備.在此強烈建議經營階層能掌握這個狀況並盡快改善. 這樣就100分囉!!

環境安全，對正警署，職員非常有禮，但水壓和冷氣不足，我二月入住，但晚上仍要開窗才能有空氣！整體是好的，每位職員出期地靚仔靚女，配合酒店氣氛。我建議首次入住最好坐的士，雖然地方很方便，但位於橫街內，不易找到，從FCO機場前往，的士大約50歐元，而若乘火車到Termini，兩人車費已28歐元，再轉的士又要15歐元，比較時間和金錢，由FCO機場直接乘的士更好。

A localização do hotel é ótima. Dá para fazer quase tudo a pé, e ainda, jantar em um dos restaurantes de Trastevere. Ficamos numa suíte familia e os quartos eram bem decorados, camas confortáveis com opção de travesseiros, banheiro bom. O pessoal do hotel muito atencioso, especialmente, o rapaz que cuidou do nosso café da manhã, na semana que ficamos por lá.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location to explore historic Rome. Per me is just around the corner and the lively bohemian Trastevere is on the opposite side of the river. Would highly recommend

I think the DOM needs a little bit of an update, the rooms look like they are getting some real wear and tear unfortunately. In addition the bar is not staffed and the lighting is really bright and uncomfortable. There was a American guest who was loudly on Zoom calls multiple evenings which wasn't courteous and rude to all the other guests. I am sure it was great for him to have the entire bar to himself to have his work calls but I think the staff should have said something to him as it was extremely discourteous and rude.

Everything was fabulous

The staff was amazing from check in to out. Rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was totally worth it lots to choose from and fresh cooked eggs!

Great location. All the staff was wonderful! Room was very clean & beds were extremely comfortable!

The room was fine just not worth 600 per night. They had spray a deodorant in the room that was very strong and not pleasant. The bartender gave us excellent service.

This beautiful hotel was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. It’s updated and posh! Will stay there again.

Our suite had a private balcony which was perfect for early mornings and winding down in the evening. The staff was professional yet very friendly and always available to assist with any need.

Foi uma boa hospedagem. Não gostei muito da forma de servir o café da manhã. Não tem muita variedade. A localização é boa. Senti falta de uma cafeteira no quarto. Fica a nossa sugestão.

Nice hotel in Rome. Property is well designed and updated. Staffs are very attentive. Bedding is very comfortable. Aqua di Parma amenities is superb. Very walkable to many premium dining options.
