酒店工作人员非常友好，地理位置优越，靠近车站，靠近上野公园等。

总体来说还不错。位置比较靠近几个公共交通设施。

地理位置优越，对我来说非常划算。单人间比较小，但如果你只带xs号行李箱的话就足够了。我有点担心浴室，就像图片里那样。另外，这家酒店有两栋楼，如果你在谷歌地图上搜索，它会指引你到以前的接待处。可惜的是，他们留下的路线指引有点混乱。希望他们能更新一下。

噪音很大，整晚都打扰我的睡眠。我很不开心。

This hotel have 2 buildings. So you will check in at building A and your room will be at building B .The lobby is at level 2 , no lift only one escalator that need staff to switch up / down manually. Not so convenient and maybe confusing for visitors like me . Folks with family i wouldn't recommend it . The room are small can't open big luggage fully on the floor. only half space. The room we got was very shabby and at midnight I discovered a bedbug (Huge one ) crawling next to my daughter's pillow. I'm so thankful I didn't turn off the light yet and saw this vicious bug. immediately I called the reception and asked for a bug spray if they have. The staff came and I showed him the dead bloody bug I had squashed. He suggested to change room and of course with all the hassles, packing up and to carry my fast asleep daughter , I'm too exhausted to describe them. But ultimately changing to another 'clean' room was the best option. we have to endure 2 frightful nights that cost us USD500. This hotel really need to refurbished their rooms. The surroundings location not suitable for family with children's. Downstairs there's convenient store. The walk way were narrow and to drag luggage with stroller to nearby subway are quite challenging. note people in tokyo always in a rush and they walk very fast.

Letak strategi. Lumayan dekat ke stasiun baik Metro maupun JR, banyak toko & restaurant. Hanya waktu check out sampai jam 11.00. Untuk perpanjang 1 jam, harus bayar. Telat 15 menit, sudah ditelpon berkali-kali dan diketuk-diketuk pintu untuk check out, padahal kita sudah minta late check out. Kamar sempit seperti ukuran di Jepang, kita pilih Annex (ranjang susun) supaya bisa buka bagasi.

I chose the annex, apparently annex is ' vintage ' and much more smaller building than the main building just in front of it, The room was small and a bit awkward layout to maximize space, about 2.5 m x 5 m, they give very clean bedsheets, but when you remove the bedsheet/accidentally move it, the bed is very dirty with mold all over the bed, I had to turn on air purifier all times otherwise I will got coughing because dust. The aircon indicator shining bright green just next to bed is very distracting to sleep in the dark, the room is a bit dark, since main lamp is 1 ceiling lamp which light directly above the bed not in baggage/table area. I stayed here for 3 nights because very strategic location to Ameyoko, ueno park, subway & jr lines, combini is just in front of hotel, and I just use the hotel for sleep only, so it 's not big deal for me. The front desk staffs are quick and helpful, especially I had to mention the guy on duty on July 10th afternoon when we checked out he is very helpful to provide us with keisei information and to help us bringing some of our 3 big luggages downstairs since we're on hurry back to narita. When we booked this hotel we had troubles communication with the hotel they didn't replied our email, Instagram, Facebook and fax 1 month before check in date, until I finally had to make international call directly to hotel to confirm & asking questions. I wished they had email as communication method.

Staff is friendly, you can keep luggage in there, recommended for solo traveling/ with family (laundry & vending machine really helpful), just info not too late night go to hotel maybe earlier before 5 or 6 PM

Lokasinya enak karena dkt stasiun kereta? L, hanya kamar sangat kecil bahkan sudah tua, tidak modern serta lock nya masih pake kunci bukan card. Eskalator juga hanya 1 sisi sehingga hanya bisa digunakan untuk naik.

The Hotel location is very strategic to reach station, near to some restaurant and event 3 star hotel, its convenience for my family to stay. Clean and good facility. The room is narrow for 3 persons but its OK, need to bigger room maybe, hehe.

ห้องแคบไปหน่อยดีนะ หลับสบาย มีของใช้ทุกอย่าง ทีไดร์ มีตู้เย็นเล็กๆให้ ราคาไม่แพง ใกล้ subway มาก เดินทางด้วย subway ทุกวัน สะดวก

The staffs are nice, the room is as good as it shown on the hotel picture. But No public onsen! At all. The onsen picture in website is in special room with onsen only! There are just in the Centurion hotel and spa that walking 10 minutes to there. If you are a hotel guest, get 50 % discount (not free). So, I'd rather recommend that branch. Last but not least, a bottle of water be served just first night.

ห้องขนาด 3 เตียงนอนได้ 3 คน เล็กๆกระทัดรัดแต่ของใช้ในห้องน้ำครบมาก ห้องน่าจะเพิ่มไฟตรงเตียง 2 ชั้น มืดไปหน่อยปลั๊กน้อย

The room is too small for bring the big luggage for 4 people I think, the staff service is not too satisfied. The receptionist was not very friendly, but it's okay, I got the experience with 'onsen' in my room, it's so relaxing.
