The room was ok but close to a noisy location.

Room clean, issue with a leak in the bathroom, staff nice and helpful, parking great, kitchen okay

Consistently good place to stay during our visits to penticton. Well priced and comfortable.

Room was very clean. Small but very functional. The price point was low and location close to the events center was perfect

The residence is completely different from pictures, do not go for tiny small rooms

Warm welcome upon arrival. Friendly helpful staff. Pet friendly. Lovely courtyard and pool.

I had pretty low expectations just with what we needed (large dog and family of 5) and with it being a motel. We were very pleasantly surprised and it bypassed our expectations by a great deal. Would highly recommend!

Simply a clean, convenient and economical stay. I read reviews AFTER I booked and was worried until I got there and inspected the room. Got a free upgrade to two queen beds, which was nice to have the extra space. Efficient, clean which is my biggest must, and while recently renovated, some details have yet to be seen to. Appears to me that the worst reviews must be from previous ownership as my stay was great, relative to the cost per night. 108 bucks a night made my trip stress free on the wallet.

Barley clean room, the room had a very funky order, the lock on the door was not very secure.

It was a reasonable affordable hotel that was clean comfy and had a nice pool. Would recommend and stay here again :)

I love that the property was pet friendly but I was disgusted at how dirty my coffee maker was and the front desk is not manned with constant staff.

The hotel was perfectly situated to all that I was doing in Penticton

3rd time staying at this property! Kids had a blast in the pool. Great location to downtown.

I loved the massive family rooms. Location is good to most things. We walked to the beach and market. It’s a long walk with kids. But we did it. Love the sitting area by the pool. Rooms are extremely dated but not an issue for us. Not as clean as i would have liked it but im a clean freak. Beds were good and kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Would stay agin because of the large rooms.
