No air con in the room, a bit hot in the room

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. We will definitely being staying again.

Beautiful room and hotel, very secure and comfortable with lots of takeaways and coffee shops adjacent, the breakfast was lovely and the only issue I could name was that it was incredibly warm in the room, however the hotel does provide a Dyson fan which was a great benefit while pointed directly at us but it really didn’t cool the room at all, and while trying to sleep is far too loud. Air con would be a massive bonus on warmer days, but aside from that 5* accommodation and we will 100% return, especially given the standard for the price point.

Very modern and very clean hotel. We didn’t have food but the food in the bar looked lovely. Lovely singer n the bar on the night we stayed- her name was Cheyanne Stewart- really engaged with the audience. Only negative was that the room was roasting even with window open and a fan in the room. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Big minus Debs ball which I was told about but even though I was told about it & told I was in quiet room! I was kept awake as all the noise from the people underneath my window just outside the leisure center! Why tell me about it & tell me I would not be disturbed when I was. Also told the receptionist when checking out. Didn’t believe me & said the ball goers were not allowed outside!

We had a wonderful time at the Talbot. Great hotel with helpful kind staff.

Wonderful staff,lovely room but the heat on the 2ed floor was uncomfortable even with the Dyson fan. We had a lovely meal on our last nigh.Nachos to share followed by a steak and it was cooked to perfection and I had the Duck. Emily took our order and made sure we had a lovely evening.The hotel should be very proud of her on the team.live music was fabulous.

I would not stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, parking is easy and free, staff were lovely, and the on-site restaurant was very nice. Our rooms were beautiful -- the only problem being that they were VERY hot. We stayed in early summer, and the high temperatures the days leading up to our stay were low-20s (as in, not a heat wave). But our first floor rooms felt like they were 30'C all night. The hotel rooms have no HVAC (no ventilation system; just radiator heating) and the window only opens 2". They gave us a small fan, which made it barely tolerable. The entire first floor was very warm. We were all miserable the next morning. It's a shame because the property is gorgeous.

We had a lovely stay at the Talbot, large comfortable rooms and had everything we needed. Very helpful and friendly staff and food in restaurant was Excellant, we couldn’t fault it.

Room cards had only one day instead of the 2 day stay. Resulted in us having to go to front desk to have the cards updated. Other than that, great hotel and stay.

It was everything we needed - including a decent sized pool.

Was lively from start to finish rooms and hotel was very clean comfy and stunning. We were on 2nd floor. Room had everything you needed for one night stay. We didn’t get a chance to get breakfast we did think €15 each was bit much. We had dinner the night before in restaurant very nice food and good menu. Will stay again.
