Good value for money/ Room was good and comfortable with Foxtel. Air conditioner was a little noisy for my liking. Would stay again.

Dirty small smelly room

room was heated for arrival during snow made sense hot water system excellent good value stay in the heart of Orange probably will stay there again

Wet comfortable and warm

Disgusted. Old tired room. Filthy mirrors, mould and paint up the wall on the carpet was disgusting. The room was so bad that I actually didn’t eat there for fear of getting sick.

Metal headrest on bed which overhanged made it dangerous.banged my head twice . Hifh pulliws, springy bed almost no foam on single be, cramped bath space,

Lovely people

Budget accommodation. Room was clean. Conveniently located. Bed uncomfortable. Room had strong musty smell. Locals lurking outside in the carpark outside rooms waiting to ask for cigarettes

Missing lights, 1 glass, aircon had to be fixed, steep stairs

The property was much better than we expected, with convenient access to shopping and meals. The bed was excellent, ensuite clean and the staff very suoortive.

The sheets were clean and the shower was good but the building is very old and looks like its had nothing done to it for 20 years. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable and for some reason there was a non working antique air conditioning unit on the wall. The space was a lot smaller than it appeared in photos - just big enough to walk around the bed. Nothing at all like in the photos.

Very convenient location, and good place to stay, its a little dated, but we had a good night sleep.

Great fridge. Good supply of tea coffee biscuits bottled water, somewhere to place suitcases etc. Toilet lid would not stay up. None of the bed lights worked

Decent room. Not large but had everything I needed. Staff were helpful when the tv stopped.
